Personally I make my buying (& selling) decisions based on my own assessments of assets & potential rather than reading any of hopeful or wishful BS on these types of boards .... originally I bought in for the Greenland asset, then Sonora & now Amapa .... 2 down 1 to go at the moment.
Anybody who makes their buy or sell decisions based on the BS &/or rantings of posters on these chat boards needs their head examining end of.
...if you want a share price prediction go & read one of the many research notes you put so much store by ... I don't do them, don't have any trust in them & never have I've told you my plans for the shares I currently hold on an IF .....
....no I said I'm holding on for Amapa which still currently carries risks .... if that fails I'll probably cruystaliae my losses here for whatever I can get & IF the SP gets to 20p plus I'll sell qs I choose.... is that clearer .... of course I could say I'll wait for it to reach the director options instead but they've never previously got anywhere near any of those either ....
I don't post on boards I don't hold & don't post on all the boards I do so Yes - unfortunately for you I'm still a shareholder @ depresseddegsie .... I was holding for Sonora (& many other failures!) & am now hanging on with a 15p average for the outcome of Amapa so I've got many 100's K shares to sell from 20p upwards as I choose .... hope that adequately explains my position for you cos you ain't getting anything else ... until I'm out I'll post what I like .... Now where's that Gilby report valuing us at that equivalent of over £100 per share I could do with a laugh 😂
PMSL ... I don't get why anyone puts any faith or value in any valuations the likes of WHI & Edison who provide a rose tinted SP based on projects coming to a successful conclusion.... KDNC (& previously REM) have never EVER got close to any of the previous valuations for precisely the reason that it is all speculative .... we've previously had calculations based on various 'projects' that are now potentially worthless or failed completely.... the market values is at little more than the sun of our direct holdings in other companies for exactly that reason - until an asset is funded, built & producing it either costs money or carries risk.
None of this helped of course by the historic performance & activities of our BoD who've provided the thick end of failure, dilution and a dwindling SP whilst proclaiming success which no investor has benefitted from .... YANGI valued by them at $200M Sonora valued by them at $200M .... BCN, CLY, AOU etc etc etc the list goes on
EMH might provide a jolt pending the DFS & Amapa might provide an exit fingers crossed & I hope otherwise I can only see further debt & dilution from our Lenigas linked & appointed BoD.
...Now that's a rant Jimb2 but at least it's directly linked to, at & associated to KDNC.
"One study looked at the track record of stock market “experts” who predicted the market's direction.
Their findings were eye-popping.
Overall their accuracy rate was only 47%, less than you might expect from random chance.
Jim Cramer, a fixture on CNBC, had an accuracy rating of 46.8% based on 62 forecasts.
Abbey Joseph Cohen, formerly a partner and chief U.S. investment strategist at Goldman Sachs, fared even worse. Her accuracy rating was only 35%, well below the average of 47%."
"Easy to be an armchair expert and blame management for everything but not many foresaw the lithium price declining like it has, Mexican nationalisation, massive inflation, higher interest rates, stubborn banks etc, huge UK market outflows and all of that has in turn affected all junior mining equities, I can't name many junior miners that are up over the past year"
Firstly .... I never claimed to be an 'exoert' at anything .... but they have claimed to hold skills & expertise in this that and the other & use it to look after shareholder interests.
Secondly ... Until & unless we change our designation we're NOT a junior minor at all we're an investment company .....an investment company that so far has seen dwindling returns, failures, losses, difficulties & IMO a number of poor decisions and choices in just about everything we've ever invested in or planned for - fingers crossed Amapa turns good.
Where do we rank in the scheme of investment companies eh ....not junior miners as we're not one.....yet at least!!
...doesn't really matter what you, I or anyone else says or thinks on this board what we've had in reality is 10 years of a catastrophic failure by the BoD to deliver shareholder value whilst maintaining their own lifestyles supplemented by directorships & interests elsewhere..... Delivered via debt, dilution & with few exceptions poor decision making IMO.
......if they knew they were going to raise @ 1p they wouldn't really need the cushion of reducing the Nominal by performing a share split .... the fact they are discussing the possibility of a share split indicates to me they are preparing for the possibility of a raise at below 1p at least ..... not guaranteed I suppose but dependent on what happens to the SP between now & the final decisions on discount & value of the SP at the time ...
