Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
... absolutely not @Dallas they've sold everyone else's instead ....hob nobs ain't cheap you know ..... so much for the comments about not raising at this level, similar to the many about not doing a consolidation (now potentially well in excess of the 20bn I predicted pre consolidation)!!) ...and the I didn't know they were going to make an offer for BCN I reckon ... great time to average down/top up though eh!!!
At least with a single investor with over 16.5M shared issued we should find out who it is pretty soon .... π€
No not news as such although a second court has refused to force the first court to do something they've refused ... Looks like a repeat of the same news as here (originally posted by Dallas a few days back) just a different publication......

......wonder how that all fits in with below π€ .....
In addition to the AmapΓ‘ Projectβs current inventory of 276.24 million tonnes of measured, indicated and inferred mineral resources at 38.33% Fe there is further 143.5 million tonnes at 36.77% of historical resource on the adjacent concessions owned by the Tucano Gold Mine. In addition, during the mineβs operation, the previous owners identified four areas within the Tucano Gold Mines tenement with a mineral potential of around 500 million tonnes of iron ore.
The AmapΓ‘ Project has a right to explore and mine these areas for iron ore, which are governed by various joint operating agreements
Now that the Tucano Gold Mine plans to restart its operations, we have been in discussions and have requested the complete set of geological data, including drill data and assay results, to review the historic mineral resource, with the target of bringing these mineral resources into the mine plan, extending the mine and improving the economics.

From Ganfengs year end results they advised that they filed annulment claims in Jan '24 to the MX authorities but have no clear understanding as to what the result/outcome might be .... it also included this line :
15: Lithium clay Sonora lithium clay project in Mexico ownership 100% @ 8,820,000 tons
....I'm wondering whether the plan is to be divested of everything else as much as possible so a sale of Amapa is a possible sign off for Cadence as well.
... Purely a musing based on what I might be thinking at this juncture & no grounds to consider or assume this might be the actual plan other than KM might be getting tired of taking flack for being on the BoD of 3 effectively poorly performing AIM co's π€
..... well if we're going to be bought out (& I hope we are & soon, remembering the originally quoted timeframe for Amapa) I trust it'll be for good value maybe 'potentially' $200m for us sounds good providing it doesn't turn into the potential $200m for Sonora or potential $200m for YANGI eh π€£ .... fingers very very crossed for the buyout option ππΌπ
.... appreciate the comment @thefrogster .... looks like more agree with Struv though huh π€£
fortunately for me I had a successful career analysing & interpreting trends, data & legislation to tell interested parties the way things actually are/were and what they could or couldn't do in the business rather than what they wanted to hear or do (mostly sales managers!!) ..... so I'm very used to being unpopular..... always supported by those with the real clout when the complaining/whining started by those who were hopefully dreaming .... never mind eh didn't bother me then & doesn't bother me now LoL ππΌ
Oh I'm here Struv .... Troll eh ..... well I suspect I'm different things to different people & Troll is a long way from being the worst of it I'm sure .... as for anything I've posted, well, if you can prove any of it inaccurate or incorrect I'll check, hold my hands up and apologise if necessary ... good luck with that though ππΌ.
As for Hastings as we no longer hold any of them what happens to them good or bad is of absolutely no consequence or relevance to KDNC ... today's Amapa news is welcome but not unexpected as we were effectively told it was coming last week, we've sold down EMH further, all other OZ assets are down (those if we still hold) & our Sonora JV licences are cancelled ... the remaining historic failures I can't be bothered to repost.
Amapa is just about the only hope PI's have left here for any significant recovery or returns over and above the 13+ years we've kept the board and the company employed in good health & wealth ....... and this accusation from the poster who was calling for Kiran to be got rid of in Feb π€£
Hey ho ....
