Can't explain but yahoo argees 395.

We have had 3 days in a row where it looks like the price looks like it's stabilising and then there is a large drop at the end of the day? Anyone got a perspective on why it's happening?

Odd to see such a big drop today at the end of the day. Can anyone suggest a reason, I don't see any news or late issue RNS to suggest a reason.

Best keep an eye on this over the next few days.

Just read the RNS, can I check what it is saying. I read it as Woodford's trust selling. Is that right? isn't that going to be an issue or is this disposal small in comparison to total holdings?

I have been wondering about the type of seller who uses PB. My offer was accepted by a PB seller, who then put some tenants in the property! I can understand that they wanted to get more value out of the property, but frankly I am thinking of walking away (I do want the property). The thing is does PB disproportionately attract sellers who resent parting with a single penny? In my case it is the vendor who is blowing this deal not PB. I do wonder what another EA would say or do if their vendor did something stupid like install a tenants after agreeing a price?

Got to admit I am jealous. I put my money into Barrett 😔. Been a pain watching Barrett try and stay still whilst watching redraw perform. Certainly been bit of a roller-coaster at times but basically if I put my money into redrow I would have gone from 4.30 to over 6, I would be laughing! The only reason I don't put money in to redrow now is that I don't know how much higher this can go. Good luck with future gains and well done if you got in in the 400s.

I find charts really hard to interpret. Basic ideas of buying and selling pressure, compared with volumes and looking out for dragonfly and gravestone doji for possible turning points, but after that I really struggle. Love to know more how to interpret charts more competently.

True, but it seems that the drop seems to be tailing off as is the volume traded. This might drift a little longer, but hopefully things will turn around again

Good question. It shows that even on Friday there was still a fair amount of selling pressure and that there is likey to be a further drop on Monday. If you follow charts perhaps we should be looking for a dragonfly doji coupled with lower volume trading before we can predict bottom. Or perhaps by pointing out the 444 pivot point we should expect a rise on Monday. Alternatively we could all run around in circles shouting higher or lower as we feel fit. I am going to look in the tea leaves myself. GLA

Looks like a case of cancer of the share price.

I don't look at this share much as it's just been a bad investment. But a 13% drop, no news no RNS? What was driving today's nose dive?

I am still smarting from QPP, and my shares have been in the bottom drawer semi forgotten. Thing is that in the last few months it seems this share has been steadily moving downwards from 150 to 130. I hope this starts an assent soon

Thanks for that. Just been looking over the posts relating to MF. going to check out the article properly now, but judging the posts made here it might prove rather non-committal lol. Not a bad day for PB today. Maybe an indication of a support level? Let's see what happens over the next few days.
