Rebel, the two 240,000 sells are recorded as sells on the site because the trade price is closer to bid than the ask. In the case of the 2nd it is the same as the bid.
Sure it is a good indication that they are both sells, but it is very dependent on how accurate the bid and ask figures are.
It is also a tad unlikely that most of the sells are attributable to just two sells. It might indicate that a bigger player has reduced their holding, but that does depend on both transactions on being sells.
As I have mentioned throughout this last nice rise, it's best to be level headed, take responsibility for your buying and selling decisions and don't rely on others.
One other thing is that if a person is making a profit they are not a mug for selling now. The name of the game is to make profit, if profit is made then you are winning. If you bet you lose when you lose and only an fool kickes themselves for not having doubling the stakes when they win.

Grace, think if we got to 2.36, I would just settle for knocking a chunk off the mortgage, but I did some research and if we get to 23.60 I could treat myself to a zeitwerk! How's that for the mundane to the rediculous?!

I saw a few references to a smurf as well. I was watching a YouTube video on the rolex 2020 releases last week. I heard the new black face, blue bezel model referred to as "the cookie monster", made me chuckle. Personally if I was going to treat myself to a luxury watch I might be a little more off beat. I would love to be able to afford a breguet, but that's always going to be a dream watch.

Certainly possible. it certainly wouldn't be first time buys and sells were misreported!
I find it odd that just 2 sells could account for well over half the days sells.
The golden rules still apply, don't panic sell, don't buy because of FOMO and make your own decisions and don't rely on others.

Just spotted the other 240,000 sell. Looking at the stats for brought vs sold, if those 480,000 shares have been recorded properly its the big end of all the shares sold today! Interesting to see how the other half live. I can only dream of selling shares for 63k! Imagine what it's like to do it twice and live with £126k to risk on AIM!

2 X 240,000 shares? I certainly see 1. At £62k it's going to be one of the bigger holders, but not necessarily one of the tr1 shareholders. All I can say is take responsibility for your own buying and selling decisions and don't put your faith in tipsters.

If a 1 code exists and equates to an RNS being issued, that would ponit to insider trading. For that reason I am not convinced that these codes exist.

That said the sp is rising on comparatively little volume compared to the last few days. I am sure it's rising because of ratio of buys to sells, but the rise is big compared to volume today when compared with other days this week. Gla, make good decisions.

Broader activity in the sector perhaps?
Just been looking at risers in the medial bio tech sector. Seems the interday charts have a similar theme. The majority of the 5 top risers have end of the day rises, a couple have rises midday and a couple have an early rise like Val, but furher upward movement at the end of the day.

Peculiar day! Lots of standing still for long stretches and then rapid price changes at the end of the day. I thought the 250,000 buy might explain it, but that happened about an hour before. Looks like we are trying to find a new level with the ups and downs over the week. Looks like we might settle around 25p. Not sure if that will increase on news or if the sp level is pricing in assumed food news. In either case it is very exciting at the moment.

Sharegnomie, I can understand wanting to derisk an investment, but asking for help like that makes it look like you haven't or are unwilling to do your own homework. If you rely on others to inform your buying and selling decisions you will most likely end up losing out and will put off the bigger players from contributing to the BB.

Share dealer, I would be careful reading too much in to this 1 share stuff.
first why would MM's (if they exist at all) communicate this way?
Second why use a code system that can be disrupted by a capiruous trouble maker buying a single share just to put a cat amongst the pigeons?
Third, if its linked to an RNS, then it would imply insider information

It seems much more likely to be just coincidence in light of the above and only looking for evidence that supports the theory that makes people think these codes actually exist.
Codes are as about credible as being able to predict the sp from reading the runes.

Unless it was me buying a share just for a laugh ;) maybe I will sell 1 tomorrow to see what you all make of it?!?!

Good post ValJu, nice to hear a level headed estimation. Difficult to say what a rerate sp should be, but the estimates on here the last couple of days seem pretty BASELESS. As you say let's wait for the dust to settle and then move on.

That was why the happy couple lost the vote of confidence that saw them removed, that is very few who voted thought the goals of shareholders and the happy couple were aligned. It's a main reason why I get angry when I sense people are being used and exploited as I put up with it with years of those two.

I think the first half hour is generally negotiated bids. Not sure what happens if you set the your price 1p up. Might end up buying too high? I can understand wanting to act ASAP, but be careful of FOMO. There will be other opportunities in differnt companies.
