Spoke with the FD (Scottish accent) this morning on the above number. They are working flat out to get all aspects of this deal completed and, apparently, all is not lost. Hard to put a timescale on it but it ain't over yet. Best news I've heard for a while. Come on you Leopards!!

We have a shell but at least it still exists. CEO's answer their phones as they should and give us shareholders some encouragement. They are trying on our behalf (and their own) which is about all we can expect. Bed now after some bubbles but beginning to feel good about this. I particularly like the fact that the CEO answered the phone.

Thanks for taking the trouble to phone that number Red. I tried it several times with no response and am still waiting for Grant Thornton to email me. I know the time limit has not yet been reached Brants but it just makes me feel a bit better that they know we're out here. As many as possible should phone for that reason. It just feels a bit better to try and find some information rather than sitting here like dead ducks. Why would RLH not answer their phone?? There is quite a large organisation here including all the Brokers, Accountants, Nomad, Solicitors etc. RLH HAS OUR MONEY SO WHERE ARE THEY AND WHAT ARE THEIR INTENTIONS?? I will personally contact the Serious Fraud Office if they just disappear and we all lose everything. Luckily, I don't have much in this but I think they have a bloody cheek to come up with an idea that seems plausible, take peoples' money, de-list while "negotiations are going on" and then disappear. They may be still around but it sure doesn't look like it.

Anyone like to buy my Flying Pig?? I saw the interview with Toby Hayward and it all sounded so plausible. The we de-listed. Then nothing. Now we need to relist in a week or so. Some regulatory body should monitor these people to see if there was any realistic prospect at all of the secret acquisition??. 1.5 Billion shares in existence and a market cap of over �3.5 million. Really? Do surprise me���.

When a Company's shares are suspended in suspicious circumstances there should be an automatic official investigation to see if there has been any criminal or fraudulent behaviour. I suppose that would be called regulation which doesn't apply to AIM!

It always strikes me as a healthy idea for Directors to have a large interest in the Company they are "Directing". Self interest is a huge motivating force. Not sure I approve of the dilution to 3 Billion-odd shares but the potential market is huge so I'm happy.

In all the 'white noise' on this BB , it would appear that the most accurate SP prediction belongs to Graybird. Please God - let it not be so!!

No - not really. I was just interpreting "transformational for shareholders" to my maximum advantage. I just hope we list at all before February.

Sorry - Line 2 should read AIM Rule 14.

"Should the Company not complete the Acquisition (La Luna) or an alternative Acquisition pursuant to AIM Rule 1, trading in its Ordinary Shares on AIM will, in accordance with Rule 42, be cancelled 6 months (ie Feb 17th 2018) following the date of suspension." That is quite scary but the Company should be full au fait with dropping in and out of AIM as the shares have been suspended once this year already before the August suspension. If the Acquisition does proceed, then Uncle Toby reckons it will be "transformational" for shareholders. We don't have too long to wait. As an optimist, I go for a realist and up to 5p - that's what I would call "transformational".

Wonder if Abman could explain the 12% drop today. Luckyly I haven't invested too much (yet).
