You get the feeling that Trump's style of "Government" relates directly to his own brash and bullying personality. He could well be sowing the seeds of war in the Middle East because Iran's economy - already a 'basket case' - is sliding further and further into the abyss and eventually the Supreme Leader will just block the Straits and challenge the ever growing number of warships gathering in the area.

I bought at 22.6p just before the whole Iran deal was Trumped. Long way back for me (and others I suspect). Anyway - a step in the right direction.

Somehow, these AIM Companies just spout nonsense and we all lap it up. Dave Wall said the FO was due Q4 2018 then 6 months later and here we are all hanging on for dear life.

I can only imagine what rubbish GB is spouting. Filter him - it's much more fun. I respect what you say and you talk a lot of well researched sense. It's a shame that GB seems to have adopted this Board because he lowers the whole tone. I hope Equinor hits the target next time and carries us onwards and upwards. Then we can all cash in and leave GB to his own nonsense.

So we had the 'surprised and disappointed' news which has decimated the value of our investment especially after Schroeders offloaded. We are all hoping for good news from the 3D seismic etc and the BOD show minimal faith by investing a few quid themselves. Then, all of a sudden, at a totally knockdown price, along comes a 'big player' with a huge bargain basement purchase so large it will get him a seat on the Board! What does he know? If there is good news somewhere in the near future our new 'Angel' will make an absolute fortune so What does he know?? I sincerely hope that there is a huge turnaround in this Company because, like an idiot, I fell for all the 'no brainer' and 'minimal downside' crap that was spouted by the BOD and others, but doesn't it look a bit 'convenient' if that's what happens? Just sayin'.

He doesn't bother me but if he bothers you - just use the filter option. I have done with someone else and it's great to take back control from those you regard as idiots.

Therein lies the problem. Whatever "news" may come, it will have to be damned good because to just get back to where we were before we were all "surprised and disappointed " will take a rise of some 350%!!

Better to do nothing than to buy such paltry amounts. Where are these guys getting advice from? Their mates (if they have any) down the pub?? Either spend a couple of hundred grand each or stay away. Market is pretty underwhelmed (again). Surprise surprise.

BOD are all shareholders too so they must all be wondering how they got it so badly wrong and in a very public way. How they remain credible ( let alone competent) in the eyes of peers and punters alike - God knows!!
I wish them well because their unfounded optimism (and mine) just cost me about £30,000 and I want it back!!

Well done to beleaguered BOD for putting out a positive RNS. The overreaction to their last one was extreme and way overdone. The 25mboe was at the low end of a predicted bracket but Schroders offload precipitated a 70% decline that left us all considerably worse off and certain reputations in tatters. Obviously with such good vibes the SP will recover just as dramatically and Schroders will buy back up to 9.6%!! For some reason it doesn't work like that and we have to endure the helpful advice of Mr Trigger.
Must be a blue day though surely to goodness!! Come on !!!

Compared to the "no brainer" and "limited downside" espoused by those "in the know" during interviews and commentaries related to JOG shares, this whole story is perverse. Now, Schroeder- a huge II, has dumped over 50% of its 9% holding in just a few days and we're all left as 'surprised and disappointed' as the beleaguered BOD. We are also 70% worse off and awaiting some leadership from said BOD. God knows what will happen to the SP tomorrow but our biggest investor has just taken a pretty big hit. I suspect the surprise and disappointment isn't over yet!
