I think that the "Chinese Walls" are leaking like a sieve regarding the forthcoming sales and I come figures ,as well as settlement of the Chrysalus fracas.

At least the BID have done that right - but there is NO transparency over costs,

Many PI's also lost during this time and because of revenge attack by 'aggrieved party' and they have had to man up , grow a pair and take the forced hit.

Anyhow I gather that this will be back in mid 30's soon, and looking at the purchases today, many others think so as well

Is it the 'Hurt Investment Body' (law suit pending) who are driving the price down in revenge for their loss, or is it the inept BOD who are sitting there 'twiddling their thumbs' whilst the SP and small investor gets 'toasted' ....

Either way, this is looking very much like an "Ouzalum share" (disappeared up its own 4rse) - rather than a Phoenix share ....

"Walmart will carry a full assortment of Revolution Beauty products in more than 1800 stores" - I read as - they will throw out a load of poorly performing items (which will depress the SP even more) - they might even restrict the sale of products in ALL of their stores, hence reducing availability ... To each their own ...

Having sat on this share for some 4 years now I am greatly unimpressed with the management, from overpricing subsidiaries and selling it to the company (and RevB not getting it priced correctly!), to guesswork on income / profits and 1 legal case semi settled and 1 to go, as well as an official investigation into the company actions - what more could the company descend to.

Just unloaded my 250k shares - this had the makings of a good company and investment, but obviously the inept BOD had other ideas.

Chrysalis is and investment body - hence they have the power and strength to keep this share in the doll drums - selling when high and buying when cheap - stopping the SP rising

This share is like a yo-yo but 1 step up and 3 steps back - should have sold when the SP hit the low 30's , after the share release on the advertising in USA and annual figures ... - since then it has retraced 30% .... (Hindsight is a wonderful thing !! and GREED is the killer!)

I am at a loss to comprehend why the SP is going so far South - (apart from the known legal dispute).

Can other followers give some comments as to the present position - after the annual figures which clearly show a 'turn around' to profit and expected sales / income figures ...

I think the MM's are driving this down / keeping the SP low - all for Ulterior purposes.

EITHER to reduce the 'Premium' in the case of a takeover OR someone is building a stake knowing the health of the business.

I - BIG IF = RevB settle Chrysalis claim the the flood gates will open and I fully expect Boohoo to wait and pick up the company for zero, Even if NEWS of a Settlement will (IMHO) spook the market and the SP will fall.

As others have pointed out - as professional investors where were the stop losses and where were the updates and reviews with the company .....

If no-one compensates the small PI then the Big Boys can get lost ....

(The lawyers will get fat and will keep egging the dispute on I suppose ....!)

The amount of regular purchases in the 10,000 to 50,000 area - both automatic and ordinary over the past 2 weeks is interesting, and hence the price rise accordingly.

The Times Square advertising campaign has been well received and is expected to more than pay for itself in additional sales - but the exposure and new buyers are the key points.

So who is building a stake and are internal figures being leaked out to institutions?

BooHoo can't be complaining either as the SP is more or less the same in value ...

What is the consensus of any legal action being commenced against the '2 x previous incumbents', and the likely hood of any share options clawed back?

Is the delay 'something to do' with the weird ownership of the company via the 2 x recent 'ex employees and their rights to registered names / stock / shares - whatever ......?

The Dark Knights et al - That was me buying the 100,000 chunk at 14:12 but it wasn't my only nibble today, picked up another 60k earlier and with my earlier holdings I now have 450k shares - I will be adding to this on the dips as and when.
Look at where the share was and the team whop was in place then - now look at the team and the options on the table now.
The shares have got a long way to climb, and I think that the final Q of '22 and the 1st Q of '23 will see the shares in the ascendency.

Smells like a 'pump and dump' ....IMHO

I suspect the same - we suddenly have a new Director (who is a specialist an investment advisor and worked closely with Premier Investissement to develop its asset management arm and help it invest in listed companies') who acts on behalf of a client who owns 28% of XLM shares.
The shares have been 'driven down' from 65p to its present 38p (by what?), yet XLM has been adding to its own range of companies .... someone trying to buy the company on the cheap .....?

Why has the SP suddenly jumped back up into the 60's... - not complaining but not seen any info - unless this is a pump and dump or insider info .... with 300k shares it is a nice surprise

Requested £4500's worth (11250) extra - got 1156 shares = 10% of request - in each of 3 trading accounts - not a lot compared to some - using HL which I think affected the % allocated .. can't grumble too much - sitting on 300k shares and bought in at 20p ish
