Thanks Miller, I did 2 x punts at that time - PIP and PFP - 1 gone and 1 rising (waiting for the court case to be settled) - that will fly as well when that happens. I am 'seriously' into SXX (7 figure number) rising nicely - and just punted FFX - summer special I don't really trade much - I research about twice a year and move some amount onto my punts. I think PIP will settle around the 7.5p mark (Mind you I had a hell of a job trying to trade / sell via HL as the volatility stopped me getting a price) GLA - Bandanaman

Hi Miller - yes I was aware of the earlier spikes - I was a bit 'swift' on my reply. Bought into PIP in Nov when the SP dropped due to winter stopping work and also the zero materialise of contracts - got in at 3.2p - 200,000 shares. Knew (?) that they would land some contracts and then the SP would spike - out with the dosh GLA

The shares have NOT exceeded 7.0p in 5 years - so today when the spike came i 'went out' at 6.5p and was quite happy with my 100% profit. That is why we invested here - I wish the company and PI's well and may come back again - however that 'little punt' just paid for my summer holidays. ATB - bandanaman

Update on Requisition to Convene a General Meeting Further to the announcement of 4 April 2018 regarding a notice requisitioning a general meeting of the Company's shareholders, the Company was today informed by James Normand, one of the individuals proposed by the requisitioners for appointment to the board of Pathfinder, that he has withdrawn his candidacy. Accordingly, given that James Normand does not consent to act as a director of Pathfinder, the proposed resolution to appoint James Normand as a director of the Company cannot be properly moved as it would, if passed, be ineffective and will therefore not be put to the Company's shareholders at the general meeting. The Company will continue to comply with its obligations under the Companies Act and will convene a general meeting in respect of the requisitioners' remaining resolutions. A further update on the general meeting will be given in due course.

Have they not thought about 'marketing / discounting' the shares to the many clients that FFX have. The Ebola crisis knocked the IPO back - this is now all but sorted - people start to look for foreign currency deals at this time of year - tying up a possible 'interest option' on a purchased amount could drive the SP forward by initiating an interest in the company... Just a thought GLA - (a client and investor....)

I saw the Jefferies report - however with a 'target price' of 1220 then this should have driven the SP down. How many rail franchise bids are GOG involved in? and how many is it realistic that they will win? (better still have the manpower to operate them!) The income from the Bus sector is great as it is genuine cash flow - and if the pricings of the rail system / fuel prices gets too high then the bus sector should benefit - but that does not answer the bungee SP !!!!

the shares have fallen from 1372 to 1290 and back to 1371 in a month - rising 6.3% in just today. Apart from the fracas with Firstgroup - what is driving these shares up and down so violently? I know the final divi of 55.5p is great (4.3% when 1300p) and a yield of 6.23% (@1300p) - but that is hardly new news. What else is happening that is driving these shares/ Answers on a post card please ??

Dividend is 21p which on a price of 724 is 2.9%

The Int div is 3.4 p - however if they hold against last year the total div will be 8.11p - on a price of 113p (high) - that is still 8.1% and will leave4.7p / share to come - still worth while holding these shares - if nothing else - where can you get 8% + interest these days?

ISAT is XD on 5th Oct and pays out on 27th Oct - there or there abouts !! Then 16th May and 25th May. This is no time to sell - hold on and take the dividend and think about it 1 month after that - no competition to this company really - good yield - what more can you want

Apart from the announcement of a $40m contract in the US for Transmission towers 92 weeks ago) - what else id driving the shares upwards? - Yield? (no ED until October?) but still 5%+ - answers anyone - not grumbling - just wondering what I am missing.

The shares offer a good yield in excess of 6% and still have long way to go to recover to the level of 600p as of 1 year ago. It has its own system in place which was the base for communications to and from vessels all around the world and is expanding into other areas (slowly) and with other partners (slowly). this is a stock which will give fair returns with an added "expectation" of a capital value increase of some 25% to 40% IMO

Now what is the reckoning that the shares drop back to 440+ after XD? - However the shares are still a good long term growth and with a good yield to boot = hoping for 600+ soon. (Last May they dropped 110p as soon as they went XD !!)
