The BoD and its advisors don't reccomend 30p for no reason.

They are more aware of the issues than you and I.

They know the process to make it happen and IMO have informally discussed with big private holders.

Seems pretty logical to me.

A very different question is it fair equitable and above board which a lot of you question. I have no opinion on that albeit its not very transparent.

My advice for what it's worth is 30p is hopefully banked. Anything else is a bonus but far too many here over selling this.

1- Sids access to the company and it creditors. Its unique for take overs.

2 - The board and Advisors minded to accept the lower 30p offer.

3 - I can't believe [ and this is key] they have not sounded out large institutions who have reluctantly agreed 30p. They will know the full scale of issues.

The sale of US assets was know about for a while so it's not new. They would have told SID who would include in due dilligence IMO.

I think the figures will be bad and explained in a note / business update rather than full accounts.

Really hope you are right but in my humble opinion your posts are getting more outlandish as you see victory in sight.

Sadly there is a high probability IMO that you will end up snatching defeat from the jaws of your victory and look very stupid indeed.

I think the deal has been done allready.

Would love to be proved wrong and another bidder emerge but many on here attributing too high a probability to that IMO.

Stephen - everyone on the board and the company SP tell you our assets are average. Capital is scarce and there are numerous prospect's with a far greater NPV / IRR than RRR.

This is basic stuff and great that you concede they are average.

They are unlikely as I have told you many times to pass the hurdle rate required by an Investor. And that's without the ownership and dangerous country issues. And the fact RRR is a distressed seller makes no difference. The assets are average.

As ever you are wrong and need a real result in Cote.

Bet it underwhelms or the 30 days expires without a communication..

Cote - let's see. The cost was $68k [ I beleive]. If we get three times that serious question - fire sale or good business? Problem is only pays for three weeks finance charges and cash flow which you refuse to comment on. Why is it so difficult to talk about debt and finance charges ?

I feel we will be underwhelmed by Cote as I said from day 1. What do you think millions ?

What's the benefit to ZPHR from this deal. The RNS say nothing. It could be nothing to a lot but not a lot for Investors to get their teeth into. Or am I wrong ?

Papa the most relevant near term fact is Williston half two production.

It's two weeks later than last year and nearly two months since the period end.

The only requirement is to report barrels of oil.

A cynic might suggest it's delayed as decline rate is higher than expected and CH wants to release bad news there with better news elsewhere. I really hope I am wrong.
