Debt, finance charges, CLNs, relentless issue of new shares and a remote chance of DRC have all seen to that.

High oil prices before the war allowed ZPHR to borrow circa $30m.

Lower prices led to the recent raise as the RBL was breached. The company used the proceeds to fund an aquisition, which we used to add to reserves. We still await the new RBL determination that was promised last month.

Hedging can help but its not a sustainable solution with prolonged low oil prices.

Hopefully, all academic as many posters on here have this as a nailed on certainly to multi bag.

Time will tell. I'm invested but cautious.

How can you prove that ?

A loss claim against VUP SA won't get you far.

You need it against Glencore.

What evidence have you got Glencore solicited and induced a sale knowing full.well it was illegal ?

You whole case rests on something hard to prove.

As mitigations go it's all very remote and unlikely to happen on time if at all.

Not only is the aquisition from POW ill timed and likely to send RRR to the wall.

But

- still no NBGC accounts since 2022 ? Why ? IMO they don't want shareholders other than the privileged few to see what we are buying.

- now the company is reverting from public to private ownership . Ask yourself why ? Ownership going to those providing the funds for purchase. Would you fund the purchase without guarantees ?

Conjecture on my part but needs a clear statement on why the rather secretive governance.

Hapless risk management is more that just defining what the mitigation is.

Those charged with governance need to consider the likehood that the mitigation will be successful and the timescale.

Suing Glencore is not an appropriate strategy for the immediate short term severe financial issues RRR faces.

You need eyes in the back of your head being a shareholder in RRR.

The risk mitigation for all RRRs debt, high finance charges and CLNs and future survival is to sue Glencore.

Never mind four years on we are no closer to a DRC decision let alone repatriation which would be a logic step to commence such proceedings.

If that is the entirety of RRRs risk mitigation it's over IMO.
