I Didn't read the RNS just noted the SP movement.

Gone are the days you / RRR could do that here !!

Prem might be a basket case but can still have really good days. Last time RRR did that was on the very topical Lithium spike 200 tonnes !

Still hopefully we will get round to checking the inventory and sell it if it's still there and not stolen ? . That might spike the SP. It will certainly shut me up once and for all. Worth doing it for that :)

Dukey the CLN issue is just lack of news. The Lithium issue as Helpful says is potentially serious if it never existed or has gone missing.

The timeline on all Lithium 200 ton communications.

14th Nov 23 -15.03 " First 200 tonne of Spodummene Lithium ore available for shipment and export." Company to make an announcement shortly.

15th November 23 14.09. The company has 200 tonnes of Lithium ore prepared for export and the first truck has left Harare for Beira.

11th Dec 23. " All costs for the export of the first 200 tonnes of Lithium to destination port are fully paid".

24th Jan 24 " Flexible response in Zimbabwe to volatility in Lithium price and pre holiday destocking in China. First delivery to arrive at destination port at date to be determined after Chinese New year holiday provisional timing late Feb early March 24.

No communication since then of any type.

No evidence of any Lithium stocks / purchases in either ALR or RRR accounts.

You pressed Bell two weeks ago and supported by Hapless he said its in storage. He doesn't know if its all there and if is not he will sue.

That's a pitifully poor response and does little to ally the concerns SHs have on the veracity of statements above.

Company needs to urgently clarify IMO.

Trust a huge issue and clear statement here will restore it and but this to bed once and for all.

I agree on the Nomad. And agreed the export is easy to prove and validate retrospectively the Nov 23 RNS.

Disagree on the Auditor. The accounts are correct as they don't reflect the purchase of third party Lithium.

The Auditors role is not to police RNS statements.

They should however be aware as it highlights serious trust issues.

Easiest resolution is a formal RRR statement. We should give the company a chance to do that. I thought Bells statement to Duke was evasive. Helpfuls support lukewarm.

Failing that as Blueboy said the more of us flag this up to the Nomad and Auditors the more traction it will get.

That's my view anyway. The company owes shareholders an explanation as to the final whereabouts as of NOW of 200 tonnes.

A serious issue if anything nefarious has happened [ as Helpful has suggested many times] So let the company clear it up once and for all.

Absolutely nothing from the partner who stumped up $7.5m about next steps to recover their cash. The target was up to 2m barrels. I think the actual was 700k to 1.4m. We get 50% from day 1.

I truly believed the immediate pivot from producer to within a few days buyer of third party Lithium stretched credibility. The photos didn't help.

No evidence anywhere in Group or ALR accounts or subsequent RNS that 200 tonnes existed.

Bells comments two weeks back he would check the inventory and sue if its not there took the biscuit. That's a failing of the CEO responsibility to safeguard the assets.

You are right a note to the Nomad and Auditors would be a good thing. They can do what they wish.

For the avoidance of doubt for our resident insider if it exists 200 tonnes of Lithium has value. If it does not exist its a serious misrepresentation.

I would like to see an RNS saying either we have sold the 200 tonnes or have plans to sell it or its fully impaired [ with reasons].

Sadly I suspect we won't see this.

The author Charles Archer says it is and uses RRRs Lithium eposode as evidence.

No point complaining. Instead I just make others aware and hold the company's representative Helpfuls feet to the fire. He deserves that as a minimum.

Your a switched on guy. Much of the FASO stuff in 2024 really in hindsight sounded far fetched. Production in 2024, ships leaving South Africa 200 Indians [ one for each ton of Lithium] etc.

Let's hope Cote licence sale and FASO production [ take 2 as take 1 bit the dust ] is true and not just more nonsense.

The 200 tonnes was purchased prior to Nov 23.

It has neither appeared in RRR or ALRs accounts as a purchase, stock or asset held for resale.

Bell has a fiduciary duty to safeguard the asset 24 /7 not just once a year. The year end issue is to prove existence and value only.

The company seems to want to bury this whole saga.

As a concerned shareholder perhaps we should flag up to the auditors.

I have allways said the Lithium has value. What I'm questioning is was it ever purchased. Just like Charles Archer the well known financial journalist who says RRR made it up. I will post the link.

He will not answer a straightforward question on does the Lithium exist. Where is it stored and when will it be sold.

The wholev point of any posting on Lithium is did it exist ? was it purchased from a third party ? Therein falls out a trust issue. RRRs big problem.

Management are saying yes it exists, but Bell needs to check the inventory and will sue if its missing [ rather weak statement IMO leading to doubts and negligence of our CEO not safeguarding our company assets].

The point is it has value and its in a warehouse.

The exclusivity cash 60AUD = $39k. USD

AI gives an average price of Lithium ore of $750per tonne - 200 tones = $US150k.

A tidy sum and nearly four [ not seven times the retainer]. Apologies but its a generic point I wanted to establish Existance of Lithium [ confirmed by the company ] value [ confirmed by market]

But they never raise it and won't address it IMO. What does that say.

The point of the posts are Management are incredibly wriggly when it comes to the 200 tonnes.

I don't want another debate on impairments. I think you are very knowledgeable and like you but you don't get the Lithium argument.

- it won't be impaired as its as Maidit says bagged and ready [ assuming it exists] It's a saleable asset.

- Lithium is I agree not important now and as you suggest a distraction / side show. EXCEPT it is the gold standard evidence of RRR being I choose my words carefully " somewhat economical with the truth"

That's my opinion others will feel differently.
