Not so long ago you were telling us FASO 5,000 ounces net to RRR, $450 cost all in. 1,200 tonnes throughput. Production in May 24.

Gold price has done nothing but rise since.

Yet no production nothing and no one interested in our FASO assets or any other.

I think it's generous calling them average.

They would fail any IRR, NPV, hurdle rate against far better prospects.

ICE - major shareholders will have seen management accounts, internal memos, WG financial advisors conclusions.

It's not all or nothing on financial accounts.

Major PIs are in a privileged position and with 87% of the vote will have been regularly appraised in detail.

The BoD would be inept if they did not do this.

The BoD and its advisors don't reccomend 30p for no reason.

They are more aware of the issues than you and I.

They know the process to make it happen and IMO have informally discussed with big private holders.

Seems pretty logical to me.

A very different question is it fair equitable and above board which a lot of you question. I have no opinion on that albeit its not very transparent.

My advice for what it's worth is 30p is hopefully banked. Anything else is a bonus but far too many here over selling this.

1- Sids access to the company and it creditors. Its unique for take overs.

2 - The board and Advisors minded to accept the lower 30p offer.

3 - I can't believe [ and this is key] they have not sounded out large institutions who have reluctantly agreed 30p. They will know the full scale of issues.

The sale of US assets was know about for a while so it's not new. They would have told SID who would include in due dilligence IMO.

I think the figures will be bad and explained in a note / business update rather than full accounts.

Really hope you are right but in my humble opinion your posts are getting more outlandish as you see victory in sight.

Stephen - everyone on the board and the company SP tell you our assets are average. Capital is scarce and there are numerous prospect's with a far greater NPV / IRR than RRR.

This is basic stuff and great that you concede they are average.

They are unlikely as I have told you many times to pass the hurdle rate required by an Investor. And that's without the ownership and dangerous country issues. And the fact RRR is a distressed seller makes no difference. The assets are average.

As ever you are wrong and need a real result in Cote.

Bet it underwhelms or the 30 days expires without a communication..
