I really don't know that they have "purchased" infrastructure. I'm not seeing it in their RNS. I stress the word purchased.

Can you provide a few material example ?

I am fully aware the $100m is not Paradox but its been mentioned many times by some on here who think it's the dogs bx. I raise it as ZPHR have been accused of missing many timelines. That's a clear one that expires mid November.

Hopefully some meat on the bones of the infrastructure aquisitions reffered to by CH in yesterday's RNS.

The $100m agreement is for 6 months. It ends on 13th November so less than five weeks. No one really understands the benefit to ZPHR but let's hope it significant.

Good news yesterday. Just need them to back it up with continuous news flow.

Spec we have an s on the end of the word payment to make payments on the RNS of 22nd September.

Let's hope there's no hyperbole or poetic licence involved. Helpful suggests RRR would never do such a thing. Cote production in 2024. They said it in both October and November [ oh yes they did Hapless]

I think the evidence backs up a lot of hyperbole in RRRs RNS statements. Very little happens.

- four enquiries for FASO asset!

- 200 tonnes of Lithium.

- DRC imminent and three years of hyperbole.

- fast tracking termites

-Faso and Cote gold production in 2024. Not one but two RNSs.

- all that machinery in FASO ships from SA air freight etc. No machinery in RRR or FML accounts.

So sorry I'm not believing Cote as RRR have serious form.

I suggest nothing will happen not as I know better but im experienced in the contortions of RRR ovef the years.

Not extending past mid October due to gold price ! Suggests to me letting us down gently and its allready fallen through.

Thats conjecture. Any comments on the facts of RRAL going private or six of the seven subsiduaries having winding up orders. Not a good look IMO but you are closer to the company than me.

Sadly the market is not picking up.on the unbridled confidence of many on here.

Hope I'm wrong but let's hope this is the start of the long promised news flow.

RRR has six UK registered subsidiaries that any investor can research on company’s house. Two are African Lithium Resources (ALR) and RRR Lithium Limited. There accounts are prepared to the pound and no sign of Lithium anywhere . It called research but incidental to my point here.

Of the six

• RRR Coal – no filing issues

• Faso Minerals Limited (FML) – holder of licences. Winding up order on 9th September 25.

• ALR – compulsory strike off order 30th September 25

• Tripler Royalties – winding up order 2nd September 25

• LAC Minerals (Cote) winding up order 9th September 25

• RRR Lithium Limited 23rd September 25 winding up order.

My suspicion is this is just a technicality over confirmation statements , but its awful governance and will incur fines RRR can ill afford to pay.

It raises questions about governance and competence – would you involve them in a billion $ housing project ? This is schoolboy stuff.

What worries me most is New Ballarat Gold Corporation (RRAL) was taken private on 8th August 25. It would be good to understand why and what the consequences are for shareholders.

Again, posters won’t like this, but its publicly available FACT (not conjecture and ramping Dicko) and I think to any balanced investor poses a few questions that are reasonable to pose.

If you can see the trend of exploration expenditure down and finance charges up you should not be investing .

Speculative – the point I was trying to make is that RRR’s current dire position does not relate to Investments but rather unsustainable cash burn.

2021 accounts (cash flow) Cash used in Operations £1.684m. Investments in Licences and Exploration £0.308m. Finance charges £0.128m.

2022 accounts (cash flow) Cash used in Operations £1.946m. Investments in Licences and Exploration £0.533m. Finance charges £0.285m.

2023 accounts (cash flow) Cash used in Operations £1.511m. Investments in Licences and Exploration £0.326m. Finance charges £0.613m.

2024 accounts (cash flow) Cash used in Operations £1.749m. Investments in Licences and Exploration £0.436m. Finance charges £0.640m.

2025 accounts half year (cash flow) Cash used in Operations £0.726m. Investments in Licences and Exploration £0.132m. Finance charges £0.796m.

Key ratio’s

Exploration as a % of all spend

2021- 15%

2022 - 19%

2023 - 13%

2024 - 15%

2025 - 8%

Finance charge as a % of all spend

2021- 6%

2022 – 10%

The finance charge figure should seriously worry any investor the full year accounts for 2025 based on a simple extrapolation is a minimum of £1.6m and probably going to nearly hit £2m.

That’s why any other outcome but Arbitration cash will not help RRR IMO

A certain investment advisor should be all over this but of course he says nothing.

These figures are fact, yet no doubt as always, I will be accused of lying. Investors need to go into any investment with their eyes wide open and that means a bit more than your long list Dicko 😊

Thanks Dicko let's hope the storm doesn't involve reckless amounts of debt at userous interest rates and huge amounts of CLNs owed to supportive [ love that word ] lenders.

I know you don't do detail in accounts. It's all in there should you stretch your horizons wider.

An arbitration sized cash injection clearly needed. Less than 12 weeks until we find out all those terms at rates up to 30th June 25 from audited accounts !

That will determine how supportive these lenders are :)

Speculative - RRR is not understood.

The accounts which the likes of Hapless / Dicko and crew ignore tell the true story.

The reality is in the last four years they have not acquired gold properties. They do not depreciate assets which are held at historic cost. The Directors merely state that in their opinion they are worth the balance sheet cost. There is no audit testing.

In June 21 exploration assets were £13.515m and tenements £0.511m. In June 24 they were £13.576m and £0.532m. Source audited accounts (but a lie no doubt from many on here :)). No machinery at FASO or Lithium !! Ask yourself why ?

The accounts demonstrate RRR are not adding value from Operations and cash spend in that three year period

Cash burn is all on wages salaries, flights etc and increasing exponentially as RRR raise less from share issues and borrow more from "supportive lenders".

We know form the accounts some of these are at 0.5% per day. Agreed not many but the blended rate on CLNs from the half year report is 34%.

The three year pattern of RRR is more and more expenditure as debt grows / share issues fall and supportive lenders have us over a barrel on interest and transaction charges.

Despite Orslegas comments this risk has not gone. The £1m wont last long and they desperately need DRC arbitration IMO.

Helpful its about specificity to RRR.

You neglect to mention i have been right for five years and you wrong. About time you called something right.

Remember the "first" truck, the book value of royalty £1.5m, the Oct and Nov 24 RNS's promising production in FASO and Cote by December 24 , the termites etc.

The statement below on Cote does not fill me with confidence. Feels like backsliding but as ever we will see. Not long now.

"The potential sale of certain gold assets in Ivory Coast, in respect of which the Company received exclusivity payments, is finalising documentation and assuming the parties remain ad idem as to indicative terms would be ready for execution shortly. Given the rise in the gold price, the Company would in any case be unlikely to extend exclusivity beyond mid-October.

They said it was paid on 4th August.

Let's hope its not RRR hyperbole.

Cote should be very interesting. The longer it goes on the more likely its another Lithium. RRR will bury its head in the sand [ aka gold production in Cote and FASO in 2024 or fast tracked termite samples 18th October 24 ] and pretend it never happened.

The Accountant has been sadly right and the Investment Advisor wrong.
