Thr last update we had on DRC arbitration was the arbitrator in January 25 wanted nothing to do with it and asked the parties to sort it out themselves. AB then said he was seeking a Supreme Court judgement in about June. The justice was at a wedding in the US.

Radio silence since then. The arbitration IMO has been dead for years. I said that two years ago and it's been kept spinning for share raises.

Now that doesn't work we get the $billion housing mining scheme.

It's just ridiculous IMO to suggest a minnow one man band like RRR could be involved. Merely a distraction to take the focus away from the dead arbitration.

Any verifiable news on DRC this week and I would be gob smacked.

Observations on RRAL.

- RRAL is a 100% subsidiary of NBGC.

- Why take it private ? Less reporting requirements and transparency. Easier for supportive lenders to have a charge on asset. Natural thing for lenders to do.

- RRR have not paid POW yet. So 200k due 14th November and 254k 31st December. This will probably hinder any deal. So we don't own 100%.

Hapless you also have an aversion to considering debt CLNs and finance charges so are also a ramper.

Difference is Dicko is relatively new.

You have ramped it down from 1 penny to 0.035p.

One sided research to be fair Dicko. Which is other wise known as ramping.

You will allways ignore £10-12m of debt, £5m of CLNs with a 34% composite interest rate, 134k a month of finance charges.

When someone does detailed research on RRR showing an alarming trend in less exploration expenditure and more admin charges and finance charges over the last five year you complain the numbers are too complex and not simple enough for you.

What you really mean is they don't fit your rampy narrative.

You also don't understand the exploration assets in the accounts are held at cost not realisable value. The auditors are at pains to point this out and the use by the company and its Directors of an " on-going" use valuation. They are not worth cost.

To some degree I am also a de ramper but the downside research is almost entirely fact and the companies own numbers. The up side research is guess work and conjecture and involves RRR getting something over the line which it seldom does.

It really is about time RRR had news, 4th August was a while ago.

The elephant in the room is debt and finance charges. £10-12m and 134k a month [ July to December 24] likely to be far higher now.

In the unlikely event they get £250k plus for Cote it's less than a months cash burn overall and two months finance charges.
