The transaction was with Red Rock Exploration not Red Rock Resources and maybe got stuck as its a new bank account and new company. You seem to have no explanation for the sale to RRE other than its a mistake. Doesnt seem plausible the buyer would get the name of the vendor wrong.

Maybe it's not a mistake and RRE is a vehicle controlled by the supportive lenders. But you would know that.

As ever with RRR nothing is straightforward.

I note you insult everyone but make no comments on your repeated made up stuff about FASO throughout 2024 [ which is comically evidenced] and tipping this down from 1p to 0.04p.

I thought at the end Bell was de coupling Arbitration from new ventures.

The company in its famed [ precise and accurate RNSs] had Mike Gittings there, Sam flying and shipping in equipment, 200 Indian workers and a camp. They actually RNSed that. Just like the fabled 200 tonnes of Lithium.

They then ended 2024 with two RNS one in October and a confirmation in November saying they WOULD produce gold in FASO and COTE in 2024. It was all rubbish of course. Nothing done or produced.

We now forget any of that was said and pivot from Bilbale to Boulon !!

No explanation at all on Bilbale. Ask yourself why ? Was there any truth in it ? Was it just nonsense ?

Wind the clock forward and they have two minor successes. Thankfully independently collaborated by Soma and the Aussie company.

Note 11 has every subsidiary. No Red Rock Exploration named as the Vendor.

The assets are held by Lac Gold.

Very strange but this is RRR.

On the face of it a good deal and I called it wrong in terms of worth.

It's called contrition and self awareness Hapless. So for a guy who has called the SP down from 1p to 0.035p your record is terrible.

Two obvious issues :

- immediate consideration is in shares. These are from a relatively illquid market. RRR desperately needs cash. They will now need to sell on the shares and royalties etc as they are desperate.

- Not sure who the vendor Red Rock Exploration are. They are a new entity I've never heard of.

Let's hope its not controlled by supportive lenders. So the pay back is theirs not yours.

1 - ive no interest in gold prices. Never offered a view. All I ever say is it does not impact RRR. You would cry liar on that one.

2- Soma firesale always said it was on the cards.

3- Cote don't count your chickens. Bell could snatch defeat from the jaws of victory on that one.

4 - Dukey calls the placing, not me.

5 - You are struggling so much you have group three things which are similer suspension /accounts signed off/ accounts delayed. Agreed I did suggest the 2024 accounts would not happen. I got that one wrong. Its easy Stephen to say you are wrong. You list of being wrong is endless . See your July 2021 post re 10p you are embarrassing.

Given the company has gone to great lengths to hide debt CLNs and finance charge details I will go on record as saying we won't see 2025 accounts unless DRC comes good.
