Finance charges now probably 200k a nontb [ 134k relates to 1st July 24 to 31st December 24]. None of it paid and compounding on say the 34% blended CLN rate is squeezing the life out if RRR.

A reminder two years ago I promised to not post if the SP reached 0.12p for three days or Bell got £4m net from DRC.

Just to give you guys a chance I brought it down to 0.08p a year ago.

Lundy has been telling me it will happen for two relentless years.

DRC zero chance.

Might see a spike at 0.08p with some nonsense but a subsequent placing will mean we slither back down to current levels. So three days won't hold.

1 - £10-12m of debt

2 - Finance charges 134k a month back in 2024. Source interim accounts. Probably 200k a month now.

3 - Major shareholders have £5m of debt as CLNs. The terms of which are likely shocking as the company has not told Shareholders.

In the meantime those CLNs earn 34% interest source final note in interim accounts.

Completely uninvestable unless they get Arbitration money.

Chance of that close to zero based on the numerous pivots of AB over many years.

Sadly no let up from Lundy.

Interest rates of 0.5% a day plus a 25% transaction charge and a 36% compound rate on nearly £5m of CLNs [ evidenced from the six months accounts] tell me you are very brave.
