4. £5m of CLNs with major lenders. Terms and Conditions undisclosed. Probably as they are onnerous. Subject of a report to FCA.

1 - The exact terms of all CLNs length, interest rates , associated options. In addition if any and the CLNs are held by major shareholders.

2 - Details on all loans with and from major shareholders.

3. More detail on Greenland creditor. It dates back from 2010.

4. Who are Red Rock Exploration which Cote were sold to according to the buyer release.

5. Consider why no disclosures of plant and machinery the company claims to have in FASO [ Bilbale ] or the 200 tonnes of Lithium that we are still trying to find.

The loss for the year will likely be a record £3- 4m, increased because of usurious finance charges and an impairment on Soma [ the royalty was carried at just over £2m in the last accounts] . But hey ho the Insider with no balance Hapless will tell you its a great deal.

Love to be a fly on the wall in Bell trying to convince the auditors that Arbitration is still live and the certainty of future cash flows from the DRC JV. Legohead on Stockbox was not convinced.

Think for a plc its a statutory requirement to publish interims within 3 months of half year end. If they did not they would remain suspended.
