Interesting it's March 24 since POW deal was announced.

The non conditional payments under this agreement should have been settled 9 months after completion Dec 24.

Here we are a year later with less than half of the amount paid 200k tommorrow and circa 240k in December 25.

Bell has overstretched himself on commitments. Exhausted the rinse and repeat of share issues and now instead paying extortionate rates to supportive lenders.

It's a master class in financial mismanagement in my view. The lack of comment from our resident financial advisor tells you all you need.

Will they pay tommorrow most likely no.

From the accounts half year to 31st December cash burn is 270k a month 134k finance charges.

Finance charges will be nearer 200k now.

Sorry Spec that's the whole point £1m doesn't touch the sides on RRR.

I would be pretty shocked if Bell had the money to pay PoW on Friday after normal cash burn and PoW previous payment.

They need Arbitration and quick.

I think the timing of the Proactive interview is telling. Presumably Stockbox could not take anymore ?

Bell pivoted the financing model from endless share issue to huge debt backed by CLNs with hidden terms.

This camels back is close to breaking point. Bell has almost strangled his goldon goose.

Therein lies the problem. An astute invester would have seen Bells word is not worth the paper its written on and ask for independently verifiable evidence. Reference in an RNS, comment from the housing consultant he has with him, endorsement by the company chairman [ whoops Bell is CEO and Chairman ask yourself why].

Let's see what Stockbox can tease out in terms of independent verifiable evidence of the value of the housing project and progress of Arbitration.

My suspicion is very little.

If Bell was making progress this would have leaked and the lenders who control the company [ again under Bells watch,] would be clearing up. Until Bell makes progress this is a damage limitation exercise for the lenders / CLN holders. All IMO and DYOR.

That deal you insisted was done and fell out with Spec on.

Shame they did not fix the deal consideration in terms of Aus $ and flex the share consideration. That would have eliminated the price risk.
