The RBL was due to renew in July 25.

Colin in the prospectus / equity raise communications mentioned a non cash impairment. I immediately on here said that would flow through to RBL.

He even addressed it at the interview he did saying it was not relevant to borrowing as non cash. That was twisting the truth in that the reasons for the impairment " falling oil prices" directly link to RBL determination. It was not far short of an untruth IMO.

The raise and the aquistion IMO were needed to support the existing RBL and thats why it did not get rolled over in early July but took until 23rd September 25 [ half year report] to be agreed.

I'm not convinced the company did not mess up timings and sequencing on borrowing.

The good news I think is the CPR on the Paradox is not in RBL and presumably will add multiples to the borrowing base.

I'm hoping silence is reflective of these sensitive negotiations [ adding Paradox to the borrowing base] , and can't see finance being an issue.

Either that or there is a serious issue.

My main worry is the lack of leaks as this is so big. If it is a monster they deserve a gold medal for how little is leaking out into the public domain.

Half year report provides some short term reassurance. Cash at 30th June 25 $5.8m [ 2024 $1.1m]. This does not include gross cash of $7m in July 25 following a fund raise.

Gross borrowing 30th June 25 $23.4 [ June 24 $29.2m]

23rd September annual gross borrowing facility of $22.1m confirmed.

No immediate short term issues.

Of course I know only a small percentage of loans is at that rate of interest.

I do know £5m of CLNs is at a composite annual rate of 34% as I can deduce it from the final note in the half year accounts. I do know that most of that conversion rates / terms etc has been suppressed by Bell and RRR. Do the maths there and see how long £1m lasts ?

Lundy of course himself is a supportive lender with CLN, he has told us. He will of course have due dilligence access to RRR books which we don't. Probably why he completely avoids any talk of debt or CLNs. Nailed on 100% caught with his hand in the till insider.

Spec £1m when you have 300k a month cash burn nearly 20p k in finance charges and £10-12m of debt much of it CLNs on unspecified terms is not a game changer.

He needs DRC Arbitration. Without that it's not a going concern.
