The accounts from last time [ June 24 ] evidence Bell was borrowing at 0.5% a day with a 25% transaction fee. The half year accouts Dec 24 have huge conversions not revealed to SHs in the final note.

The company apologists use the lie word far too oftern. Which of that is a lie. Answer none.

Banbury in November 23 was very suspicious the 200 tonnes ever existed.

It's not in the accounts of RRR or the subsidiary. BELL conceeds fake photos and the financial press use RRR Lithium to head up an article "AIM is an unregulated mess".

The Lithium crash was a very convenient excuse.

Bell says he will check the inventory for the Lithium and sue if its not there. Breathtaking stuff from a CEO whose cheif job should be safeguarding company assets. He's either lost it or more likely it never existed.

That's my view and lots of evidence to support it.

I think Cote is dubious but let's wait until mid October.

CLNs , debt and finance charges make it univestable IMO.

For all we know £5m of CLNs could have conversion prices of o.03p. The company has never told us. Strange that.

History of SP decline and non delivery.

My view for what it's worth is technically they have not yet cracked it and they are running out of cash to develop. The decline in Williston output was pretty steep. Let's hope the $100m and new aquisition resolve that.

Future commitments - RRR cannot renew as it owes Kansai $1m. They have stated this will come from DRC proceeds. Renewal on hold till then.

But hey Hapless allways knew that.

This $1m is not even in the £10-12m.

In the unlikely event that Arbitration cash is received there won't be much left.

You do make things up.

1 - I said CDI was delinquent. I corrected that within an hour as they have 18 months or so on the licence. Yes I still beleive nothing will come of CDI. Just like Lithium where I was right. I said in Mid Nov 23 nothing had been exported.

2- Soma I said Soma would not be interested. But they would have had to be idiots not to take a £1m sale price against a £1.7m prudent accounting value. Fire sale and you said it was worth $2.3m on a quick sale.

3 - DRC housing not credible IMO for a company of RRRS size.

All of this we can debate and disagree.

I like hard facts.

- £10-12m debt

-134k a month of finance charges.

-£5m of CLNs at undisclosed terms to undisclosed lenders. Why hide those facts. Answer they would be a red flag.

- Spectacular history of non delivery and SP falls.

You seem more desperate than ever to ramp.

Take some time out and the board might quieten down ?

Let's hope the person awarding contracts for housing and minerals in the billions don't do their financial due dilligence on RRR.
