1 - The mystery of ANZ. Hapless idiotically posted it on here and then speculated big news was incoming.

2 - Have Soma paid or not the Board Insider says yes the promised company update MIA.

3 - Exclusivity period approaching third week since it expired.

Sounds like same old RRR, Lithium sales, termite samples, FASO and Cote production in 2024,, interest in FASO transaction.

All of them floated to never be resolved.

Let's hope we stop the perpetual misfiring as we hit the news rich period.

Anyway just get Andrew to update on Lithium, ANZ stuck payment, Soma receipt, CLN £5m T&Cs , lenders holdings both shares and debt and we can all make an informed decision on RRR.

If I'm brutally honest and it's difficult to say this.

I don't beleive Bell "made up" the ANZ stuck payment.

I have a sinking feeling it was the $60AD exclusivity fee that he said was received over a month ago that might have been a mis step. And he realised he compromised himself.

He just forgot he had RNSed it's receipt.

Pure speculation on my part but the exclusivity period elapsed 16 days ago.

The companies communication and transparency is so.poor no wonder we all speculate.

How easy would it be to communicate the Soma payment has been made or what is happening in COTE.

Answer very easy but this is RRR and not much is believed.

Bells being crucified by supportive lenders and major PIs and probably doesn't know if he is coming or going.

The RNS says a further announcement will be made on receipt of funds. Lundy [ Hapless ]wrong again !!

Why would an Australian company be remmiting funds via ANZ. Why indeed Hapless ?

It could either be loans at 25% transaction fee or a placing it make no odds to the supportive lenders and the gravy train.

The rates charged from the accounts, the lack of transparency on £5m of CLNs tells anyone that researches they are anything but supportive lenders.

Their objectives are not unreasonably maximum personal gain !

Yet Hapless told us two weeks ago they will convert at much higher rates.

Your track record is shocking so that is unlikely to happen.

There will be plenty of "supportive" lenders prepared to fund a short bridging loan.

The four the auditors made them declare in the June 24 accounts [ the ones with no Lithium in] had setting up fees of 20 -25%.
