1 - closing on a Monday / Tuesday is absolutely the right thing to do. I think you are reading to much into it. Its post Xmas quiet and heating costs a fortune
2 - No profits warning rather PBITD are at the lower range of £6.7m o £10.5m
3 - Debt £18.5m looks managable but need to research where it was in June
4 - Market cap of £13m and 5 year low SP looks inviting to a larger preditor
5 - Even at 8p this is now a potential 50% gain.

Feel for long term holders but will research taking a small position today

Like Dickitupham I have been badly burnt on AIM previously. I'm not sure the letter of the law is always applied and good governance can be absent.
We are left with the facts released which on any assessment makes this a risky and expensive deal. Most on here have reached that conclusion independently and are curious as to why the major holdings are more persuaded.
I don't think I'm the blinkered type but the rose tinted has been knocked out of my glasses by experience hence my opinion.

A close YES with high turnout is the least worst outcome.
An overwhelming YES with high turnout worries me about how safe small fry are.

Flex - I still can't beleive the Board have not got the main PIs on board before announcing this offer. This plays out two ways.
1 - Major PIs unconcerned as they know or understand something we don't.
2- Major PIs are as we speak holding Boards feet to the fire over why they were previously advised the deal was good.

I would sum it up as do nothing at £2.78 is guaranteed as a return to SH' s on cash and two year future earnings. Its almost ridiculous free.
The deal is a complex for from transparent very risky and a leap in dark. A gamble.

Looked at terms. The only restrictions are
1 - Customer needs a mortgage offer
2 - Must move in 6 weeks
3 - Benefit cannot exceed 5% of sales price.
Conceptually it's brilliant. It converts an up front inducement into staged help that can materially help with the cost of living crisis and brings down the headline rate on a two year fix by 40% on a two year fix and 17% on a five year fix.
Hats off to PSN - I really think that will seriously support sales.
