Q4 could be a good period seeing as the end of Q3 has been quiet. I think the sales team must have been generating a decent pipeline of opportunities. Hopefully some of this will start to filter through.

OHS. For me it was not so much the delay but the fact that NRW use the word contend and highlight the changes in design throughout the application.

Its not to say that this would not get the environmental permit to burn the pellets but it just felt that NRW have a few issues they need to address which are complex and not making this an easy task. More to do with categorising the station as one thing or another and then applying the correct emissions for that type (simplistic view)

I think throughout, SAE have been looking at this as a variation for the fuel when perhaps NRW are looking at this as an incinerator and are struggling to get beyond that due to changes in the design. Its obviously not a case of just stopping buying coal or biomass and then sticking in Subcoal. There are changes to the station design such as flue gas treatment etc.

I kind of understand where NRW are coming from as they cannot be seen to simply approve something without completing a thorough investigation into what it will produce and the effects on the environment.

Maybe the Korean Market will simplify the process and this would be much easier to get through planning, I dont know. I am highly frustrated by what I read yesterday as I thought both NRW and SAE were coming to a conclusion. When I saw the schedule 5-3 for fire safety I started to wonder about time scales and what else may come out from NRW. Not deliberately delaying but simply requesting more time to assess the complex nature. Any decision has to be justifiable

zebbo. We shall see. We all have to make our own decisions and live with it. Just because some sold out today, it doesn't mean we are right. For me my decision felt like the right thing to do.

When the schedule 5-3 was sent the other day I thought November was optimistic but todays NRW update explains in more detail.

Yes, it is not a total write off although NRW do seem to have an issue with categorising the station one way or another. It is a real shame as it felt that they had broken the back of this and were handling it very professionally.

The price has held considerably well seeing as many of us have panic sold without hesitation. Will be reviewing for my own peace over the weekend.

My sell is not showing for 82500 yet and haven't seen the 190500 sell of your either. But the SP has held up well considering.

I have added another 500k shares. Sold entire SAE stock after reading some information regarding environmental permit delays. Made me feel a little uncomfortable. Now looking for a new home for circa £20k. Will not all be coming in here but some will over the next few weeks as things start to unwind and settle.

I read it again and agree that NRW are not happy with the way that SAE are trying to classify the station.

As I said. I will keep an eye on this and see where we are at by Christmas.

Don't think we will be seeing financial close and construction commencing by Q2 2021 and also the funding was subject to approvals. Just made me feel uncomfortable. Not from SAE but the opinion of NRW which have the final say.

I have also dumped 82k shares and will hold a small amount until closer to the time. I feel this may now drift lower as a result. I will keep a close eye with a view to increasing the holding in due course.

The update would be most welcome to understand the efficiency of the cell. >30% and its a winner.

I have kind of sidelined the JDP with Paragraf but it could be transformational.

Hoping that the remiander of the year will be good for VDTK and some of the pipeline sales will start to fall in to place.

Just imagine what a decent Paragraf update could do. Certainly nothing priced in for that JDP but an update would be a treat. Its been over a year since they commenced the second phase and PH stated that we should hear before year end.

The rest of this year or Q4 could be transformational for SAE Uskmouth project.

I think it will get smashed before that. JV is not officially confirmed but there are significant hints to say that it is imminent.

I cannot see how this will not be delivered now within a few weeks. There was no need for an RNS to say this as there was not really a firm deadline to work to and after yesterday LC has realised the impact of delaying on delivery of stated promises.

Not making the mistake again, he has informed the market of the current position which is positive and will get this signed up with a few week. Job done, SP will rise from here as the placing clears.

Expecting a large re-rate once confirmed but from a higher level than this by that time.

Hell yes, what a disappointment. A bit of an over reaction but I appreciate the distrust the CEO has developed in the longer term shareholders. Sounds like it is let down after let down.

Also had the same in N4P a few weeks ago. Massive over reaction and hasn't recovered.

Still that my fault for trying to trade positions and them going against me. Sticking to detailed research only now. After 10 years of investing you still live and learn. Slap on the wrist, a few thousand lost, lesson learnt.

It will do eventually. I think the point is the AAZ have demonstrated their conviction in their latest presentation and this has removed the majority of uncertainty in regards to the JV moving ahead.

I think some longer term holders are sceptical of Conroy but this does not mean that this time we will not be handsomely rewarded for our trust and patience
