Today's RNS was for the issue of around 60m warrants at 0.16p. From the fundraise RNS there would be a total of 390m warrants which can be exercised at 0.16p. Is it possible that the balance of these are being forward sold also and we may continue to be stuck here for a few days whilst the balance is forward sold.

Regardless, that would make it a good time to buy before the forward selling of the balance clears and this then starts its bigger move.

Why such a large spread shown today ? Seems there is no market today. Discouraging buys and sells ?

Its a waiting game. Waiting for the inevitable to happen.

What is the score here ? Why does a producing business only have an MCap of £1m ? I have taken a small position today without even researching this as it just doesn't make sense ? What is the issue ? Is this not a perfect set up for recovery ?

It certainly is. Opened with a spike up this morning. Clearly some FOK orders placed over night. Can't buy in huge volumes but that should stop it spiking up again. That's good for no body.

Shedjock. Earlier I said that Rob had a larger than standard panel behind him in the image from the MoU signing. I am sure they can make them but the panel in the image is not one. It was on a box or stool.

Mannan. Got it. Thanks for clarification. And yes, I would like to think with some PPAs agreed and the IPO dare is say it, heading towards one whole penny. However, if all warrants are exercised more likely .75p but with plenty of capital in the bank to move forward with projects and add further value.

Plus the outstanding loan repayment for around £11m that should be returned to Rurelec. Makes you wonder how little companies like this have flown under the radar.

Another very good recovery opportunity.

Its a no brainer. NAV is 3.9p per share.

So undervalued its beggars belief. Even at 0.5p its massively undervalued. Massively. With over £1bn NPV its ridiculous.

5.5p on the bid now. Moving up nicely. Still a long long way to go. Every 1p is only 300k added to MCap. Was valued at over £20m at IPO

Shedjock, I would say that they can make panels to bespoke sizes. I have just posted a link to an MOU signed. in the photo Rob has a very large panel behind him which is much larger than the standard solar panels which are roughly 1.6 x 1.0m.

Buy at 5.37p for 11k shares. They must be very short of stock. Now seeing the bid/offer pushing up nice and slowly.

no news, or reacting/correcting from oversold based upon previous news. Personally I favour the latter with a view that Q4 is going to be a very good quarter.

shareseeker10. I am sure it will get back there and beyond. I am confident just one order of significance will push it through this. But it will nit happen today unless something very special happens.

Its great that there is a revived interest here. Its was such a shame to see the decimation of the SP after such a good run on some very good. It is now recovering to where it should be for a steadily commercialising company on the verge of profitability and free cash flow.

Most truly believe that this will be a very large company in a few years. Getting there will be exciting but the wait will be well worth the pay off.

Hence they drop the bid to shake a few out.

There may be some warrants being forward sold above 0.16. About 300m or so to get through if all exercised. With the volume yesterday it would not take long to churn them. Then she is free to move.

Annual TO is around 4.5m and cost of sales is around 25% of this. The administrative expenses require reducing and they could start to return an annual net profit. Not bad for a business valued at £1.5m. A little way to go to break even but clearly there is a market for their products.
