I am out. Too much negativity towards LC and the company. Taken a very small profit (< 2%) and not interested what happens from here. Seems that KIBO may have just too much going on, little focus on anything in particular and likely to need further funding and dilution to keep the lights on. Projects will potentially be funded but no income for a long time worth noting.

Good luck all, genuinely hope this does re-rate and close the MCap and NAV disparity.

It certainly appears that LC has disappointed again. Does now seem like a very stupid thing to set up and make a poor attempt at delivery. What was the point ? the intended outcome and benefit ?

V111JAS. I assume you are referring to Isa ? Just put block them and you don't need to read the drivel. A very confused person that is contradictory with their own views.

I am all for discussion and contrarian views but some people add no value.

Gspanner. Very interesting. Can't say that I disagree with many of the points. I was only saying today that we (the public) are obsessed with COVID 19 and its this public opinion that is driving the politics. Thing is, we will never agree, but one thing is for sure, we must try and return to some kind of normality as soon as possible as clearly pointed out, lockdowns are having other adverse affects which can be more severe than COVID19.

I appreciate the Great Barrington Declaration may be highly controversial but is it wrong ? Those that are vulnerable can either participate or shield whilst those that are less vulnerable are free to get on with daily life and stimulate the economy, get and education and develop herd immunity which is essentially all that we are aiming for with a vaccine.

Some will say that we have no stamina now and we have been through 2 world wars with stricter lockdowns and rationing, this going on for years. I would say that's a little different ! We are fighting a war against a virus but are the current methods of defense and protection correct ? Lots of questions and opinions on this topic and a very divided nation and I expect divided households.

Bcl42. Yes that was a quote from Yaki but you failed to summarise the more positive detail added before that quote.

We know LC has the charisma of a rattle snake but there was some positive detail.

At least schutte has something to offer.

Just don't get why people would try and run their investment down further. Particularly if held from a much higher SP.

Jax05, a presentation to a closed audience can not disclose inside information as you well know. Your view as a pessimist is always going to reflect a negative stance. If this KIBO was sitting on an MCap of £100s millions I could understand the negativity. Fact is that the best time to be negative was prior to the dilution which has occurred over the last years. There is not much left in respect of company valuation and whatever negative spin you put on things there just ain't that much further to go down.

So that leaves some of us more positive investors with the alternative view that regardless of how 5hit LC is at managing a time line and shareholder expectations there is still more NAV in KIBO than the MCap would suggest. Without any progress, at all, KIBO should be around 5 x its current value to match NAV.

Personally did not bother with the webinar as I knew regardless we would still get the negative spin on here.

Pashman, that is right sentiment and news is needed as a driver to break up past the 0.2p. I also fee that there are 0.16p warrants washing through as forward selling from placing shares. I would love to get another RNS stating that x has exercised 330m warrants at 0.16p as that would mean that they had been flushed through.

Dickie3times. What are the next potential price triggers that you see breaking this out of the tiresome range trading ?

BZT have a lot going on but what will be the proce drivers to clear out the warrant holders which may be forward selling.

This is what the new or current normal looks like. Every stock I own is range bound. Some will be up, some will be down but generally the PF remains balanced. It is f**king tedious when the companies invested in are worth so much more than current value. COVID-19 is becoming a drain on daily conversation. Its become an obsession in most lives. The world needs to move on and live with it. We will eventually have a vaccine but until then we have to continue to work out how we tackle our problems such as waste and climate change.

Clearly employed to get some of the projects over the line. At least LC has realised that he cannot do this without assistance. 'Chris' has experience with EPC contracts on power projects. This will be required for the next phase of the delivery.

My god everyone is so negative. Don't see instant revenue and its bad news. Kibo will not see revenue for a few years but they will see increased NAV and NPV. For that reason alone the MCap has to grow. Increasing NPV would mean that the sale of such projects in whatever stage they are at would be of greater value the further down the line they get.

Projects will not be funded through placings they will be funded through finance. It is the preparatory work that is ongoing to secure PPAs and EPC contracts prior to financial close.

Kibo are not in a bad place they just have a lot going on. Another pair of experienced hands is a good and positive move.

Whole sector is just suffering from errosion. Where is all the positive movement for the sector. Tackling climate change is not something that can wait. Neither is dealing with our waste.

F**king hell. More SP errosion. Silence from the entire green tech sector. Not one piece of positive news for weeks and weeks. That includes PHE, EQT, VDTK, AFC and SAE.

Tackling climate change is the single biggest problem the world faces. COVID is a blip in comparison. Sector just started to turn around but the news is again obsessing about COVID. We got to da with this and move on. Then the sector will see massive growth.

When the bid is raised it never crosses the ask lows. Min ask is 0.18 and max bid is 0.18. Zero trading range, wide spread and essentially warrant holders forward selling before exercising them.

Probably a good time to accumulate when the ask is dropped to 0.18 pending some positive movement in the not too distant future

JR69. Appreciate the response. I did understand it was not your opinion and a quote of another. I have not written the rest of this year off yet but think next year will be very big years for all 3 mentioned. I am most confident in EQT having the biggest growth in value because they have a significant pipeline of projects at various stages and hopefully several will progress to financial closure or more in the next 12 - 18 months.

Gengis. Yes, I am a long term sufferer of AFC. 10 years plus now. Its been painful at times but I am confident that their time is also very close. I think it will be Alkamem that transforms AFC before the liquid fuel cell. Sorry for off topic but I do not see this as a conflict or cross ramp. At one point AFC had close links with PHE.

I also hold a significant amount of Verditek. Which again is very different and not competing in this space. The whole sector of green tech and renewables is going to boom. I strongly believe it will be what creates jobs and opportunities going into and coming out of recession and over the next decade. Massive growth sector. Massive !

Its a difficult one to estimate as it is only going to be % of NAV or NPV without revenue. £6m is potentially a way off fair value considering the resources available to BZT and the value added to them through exploration etc.

If I said £30m it would be a 500% rise from here. Is that fair, over or undervalued at that level ? I dont know. Its up to the market. There are however plenty of other companies with significantly higher MCaps than that with less to offer than BZT. I can see sentiment playing a part in this. If BZT can capture the markets attention then it could have a major impact on the SP.
