Well this does have a silly low MCap considering where it was before lockdown. Business seems to be on track but the MCap has not recovered at all. £1.5m could easily treble from here. Great recovery play.

They will because there is no point in generating all that green hydrogen if we just sit there and loo at it. The way in which we use it is equally important as generating. I am not sure anything hydrogen related is quite there yet but it is getting ever closer. AFC will be ready. There is already interest. Extreme E, Acciona and the microgrid power supply in Germany. There will be more before Christmas as talks turn into contracts.

Exactly Garonne. Hydrogen is just an energy store. Whats important is efficient usage of that store. Fortunately for us, AFC have a solution for that with a low cost per kw system and high efficient. Once the solid cell is up and running there will be nothing that can touch it for cost and efficiency.

The icing on the cake being the Alkamem membrane revolutionising the alkaline electrolysis industry putting AFC at the front with hydrogen and power generation.

The disparity is widening for AFC vs CWR and ITM. That is only favourable as inevitably the MCap and SP will have to catch up.

I added 10k shares in 2010 at around 45p. Paid up to 71p back then.

I was invested in here in around 2010/11 very early days. Doesnt look like that much has happened in that time. Now looks materially undervalued and set to re-rate.

Jamboy. A slow and steady rise is much better than being impaled on a spike. A 5% to 10% rise each day can compound very quickly. Just suggesting that there is a very good chance that those which bought at 0.14p and cashed out today for 40% may have got much more if they had waited another few days. 5% per day for the next 5 days would see this at 0.25p. Just have a feeling that it may be a little higher by this time next week. 0.4p would not be unrealistic.

Impatient. Will miss out on a the much bigger rise which is just about to happen.

There is enough positive news behind it to push it past 0.2p. It had already gone past it yesterday and again today. The market will wake up and the price shackles will be removed.

That's correct Sophie. One of VDTK's target market is diesel generation replacement in off grid locations. This could be in the sea but is predominantly on-shore mining, oil and gas processing or even the roof tops of remote buildings. To supply these with tidal power would be uneconomical due to the cross country power lines. Tidal power (SAE) is ideal for supplying data centres through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). Tidal is a predictable and consistent form of energy for places like this and is a very good power source to add in to the mix of renewables.

So, as Sophie1 states, everything is in competition but there are some differences between the supply requirements that would lead to using solar as the preferred source and vice versa with wind, tidal or hydrogen for that matter.

There is also the difference in cost per kw for tidal vs solar. Solar will currently be far cheaper as it is well established and developed.

Bid moving up behind. Placing overhang must have cleared. Looking for a re-rate based upon NPV vs MCap disparity. Any news on closure of the PPA or IPO will only add fuel to the fire.

Next weeks webinar would surely not have been arranged if LC was about to drop a bombshell of negativity. He said in the recent interview that he could not believe the reaction to the KAT news last week. Another which is now bouncing back. Some very impatient holders. The patient will now start to be rewarded hopefully.

Cat. I would expect that number 5 which cannot be commented on without joint agreement would be the Paragraf JDP. This will be updated at some point before the end of the year. Its been 15 months approximately since phase 2 commenced in 2019.

There really is a lot to report when its ready to be reported. We don't want half stories or fluff. Its hard to be patient and put your faith in the company to deliver when the SP has drifted back to June levels. The news flow we are expecting makes it good value at this level. A solid performance in just 1 or 2 of those 5 points will fire up the SP.

Let's ot forget, RR wants to grow Verditek into a worldclass organisation. This would assume an MCap of late £100s millions or £bns even not £25m. Growth potential is massive.

There is a good chance that this may start to correct now as investors realise the NPV and MCap disparity. Getting just one thing over the line will only add immediate value to the business.

Yes, yes, yes, we know LC has failed us many times but at some point he will get this right and things will start to fall into place.

We know there are warrants exercisable at higher prices but this will only add more cash in the pot as they are exercised. And I don't expect them to be exercised until the SP is well clear of the exercise price and moving up.

Placing overhang may well have cleared now hence we have seen the bid lifting and not just the spread widening.

Just have a sneaky suspicion that it may move very quickly once it does. I am not into coal fired stations but I do like value and a £5m MCap with these assets is showing significant value in comparison to the NPV

redundancy. That is right. Too many times the last few weeks I have tried to trade and have lost or broken even everytime. This was due to impatience !

Lesson learned. Why anyone would want to trade this stock with its, at times wide spread. There are plenty of other out there where the price range is much wider.

More likely the fundamentals of the company are excellent but LC has failed to deliver for whatever reason. The response to the webinar is more likely due to the fact that LC is not shying away which looks good to the market and provides some confidence in his ability to deliver regardless of the past.

With assets like these and just a £5m MCap it really will move once the brakes are off (Placing overhang) which appears to be releasing as we speak.

Very strong. All the way to at least a fair value MCap of £50m. Once the PPA is signed its that much closer.

Agreed sales of all the power generation before the station is built. Which I believe is also finance agreed ?
