Shareseeker. I do agree. I have seen a small change in sentiment today towards the sector. I think some are starting to see the short term potential of some of the COVID relates stocks, realising that some (not all) are complete long shots and never going to achieve any meaningful revenues from their test kit or vaccine related products.

Whereas EQT have a genuine growing pipeline, are in a sector which will be around for the rest of my lifetime (I am 43), proven product, growing revenue and near term profitability. Why would you overlook EQT ? Yes there are a few delays to financial closure but it will pick up. Scaling up should not be a problem if it all comes at once. In fact it may be a nice problem to have and a good reason why this type of stock will be responsible for growing the economy and getting us from recession and back to growth.

Any profits will be directed here for me. Here VDTK and SAE. Already loaded up on AFC and PHE is a small holding but I do favour EQT, their strategy and their tech (which could very easily produce hydrogen with a few tweaks)

Is it ? I was very positive on EQT yesterday, not so positive in the way the market would take the very honest interim which mentioned the words 'delayed' and 'impact of' several times.

I have been watching the movement on all my positions very closely and looking for a decent top up price in those in which I have spent significant time researching. I felt that the drop would continue, it may well still do that, who knows ?

The only difference between yesterday and today was that i have convinced myself that i don't care so much about daily movement and will add more should the price drop from here.

So how am i contradicting ? I have been very honest about my views.

It is only just leaving the low. There is massive upside from here. Regardless of peoples view on LC there is really big upside from here. Just look at the project portfolio and the other companies they have major interest in.

£5m MCap is nowhere near fair value is it ? however much you mistrust the BoD it is still very cheap.

My IG spread has just jumped to 0.3008 to buy and 0.2493 sell.

Also, just added a million. Could have added at the lower price but just wasn't sure if it had finished the drop.

If LC does not get this done today/tomorrow he must understand that regardless of the assets of both KAT and KIBO it is his credibility that would be holding this back. Its very difficult to build a solid reputation and very easy to lose it. It sounds to me that LC has made some claims and statements that indicate the deal will be completed on or before the 30th September.

I personally think what ever happens a deal will be done and KAT will fly, but if it is not tomorrow the greatest damage will be to LC's reputation. Having invested at 0.45p he also has an interest in the share price seeing as he is a share holder. If he does not come through it will not only be his reputation it will also be his income.

Unusually slow all round today.

Hopefully this has bottomed out and investors are starting to realise that it is PHE, EQT, AFC, ITM, CWR, VDTK, SAE etc etc that are likely to be the next big things and assist with cleaning up the world. I am anticipating a move from over inflated COVID related stocks, some of which have not generated any revenue from what ever it is they are trialling and have massively over inflated MCap's due to the use of the relationship with the virus.

There is much value in this sector now and considering most are near term revenue generating at this point, some are also near turn profitable.

Hopefully this has hit the bottom and is about to turn back up

This is the statement from the annual report released last week

'The Baobab term sheet provides for exclusive negotiation with Kibo on the PPA and as these negotiations are at an advanced stage, the Company anticipates signing of a final PPA before the end of Q3 2020. Contingent on finalisation of this PPA, Baobab is expected to be the second electricity off-taker (with EDM) from the Benga Project.'

Certainly indicates that this will be completed today or tomorrow.

If there is no RNS tomorrow re Blyvoor this does not disregard the project in any way. The project has 14 interested parties looking to provide funding. It is obvious that the financial return from the tailings project makes very good sense. It will not be something that is likely to be left and walk away from. It will move forward.

Haneti has huge potential and when drilling commences and the first reports come back we shall see just how much.

People are getting twitchy all over the place. Life has to continue and we must get back to what is a new normal. I like what I see here and there is not much to put me off. I get that LC has missed deadlines in the past but it does not mean that something is not going to happen. The same thing at CGNR waiting for JV confirmation. We are all to quick to cash out and move on when holding for a little longer pays dividends.

Look like sells from broker to HNW customer. The broker ETX took part in the placing paying 0.2p and will be selling these to the market and HNW customers for 10-20% mark up.

Lets hope so. I wasn't actually aware that Kibo had actually stated the PPA will be closed in Q3. I was aware of the KAT project level funding deadline but thought the PPA for KIBO was a looser time frame such as beginning of Q4.

Yes, I have seen the RNS. I just try not to set my expectations so high as I am continuously disappointed by over promise and under deliver.

Saying that, to put that in an RNS would lead you to believe that it will be done. If that is the case we should see good bye to the 2's, 3s, 4s and 5s as such a deal provides opportunity to access 35000 Oz of gold per annum.

chippyjo, exactly right. As if someone thinks that another company can just pull a low cost fuel cell system from their ar5e overnight.

Don't thin Brexit will make much difference to AFC energy. AFC have the tech and the rest of the world (including Germany)will want it even if we don't want it so much in the UK

Oh Desmond, please sort yourself out. They have taken orders to the value of over £3m since the end of June. You are working on historical information.

None of the sales staff are on a salary and paid commission only, as I believe is RR plus share options ?
