MN1980. I am really struggling to see how vaccine news can affect a renewable stock. Surely the one thing that has held back renewables and the uptake of more gasification contracts as stated in the interim is COVID. To have a vaccine will benefit the renewable and green tech sector through the development of those projects stopped by the lockdowns and uncertainty of the virus itself.

So no, I don't buy that, why sell here and buy other stocks when this has been scraping along the bottom of a trend for some weeks.

Listen to Biden. US will be joining the rest of the world in the fight to tackle climate change. This is prime sector for job creation and stimulating the economics of the world. Focus needs to change from consumption to sustainability. Virus should have at least taught us that.

We haven't had a lot of news of contracts recently but we do have a significant pipeline of non-contracted tenders and also commercial tenders from H1 2020. EQT suggest in the interims that this continue to grow.

So my question is - Is £35m a reasonable MCap for a company that has a significant pipeline of contracted business, returned E205m in H1 2020 and received enquires for non-contracted tenders to the value of E310. You could easily double these figure for the whole of 2020.

Kiwi. I don't know why its not there now. 20p is £58m MCap. Not unreasonable for a growth stock in a sector not affected by COVID and with revenue approaching £20m and growing.

My guess would be 50p by March if BTC keeps heading up.

I think it was more an estimate based upon percentage rise last year from a lower SP to having the same percentage rise this year from a higher start.

Thing is AFC are much more advanced and have generated revenue. Any further orders this side of Christmas, a positive update from EE regarding the kit AFC will be completing and testing before January and news on an assembly facility and the SP could be set alight.

After all, we have always said that AFCs biggest problem was that they didn't have a commercial product ready for sale. Well they have and they have received revenue over £1m.

Next 2 months will be interesting 2021 likely to be transformational.

Yes. 50p is a small rise in market capitalisation for a company that suddenly has the capital injection to access a 517k Oz resource but with the opportunity to explore the resource and upgrade to up to an potential 20m Oz Au.

We should be looking closer to a £30m valuation. That is my gut feeling.

Thats assuming they don't get taken out for a good few hundred million quid before then.

H1 2020 enquired resulted in €320m and EQT returned €210m in commercial tenders. There appeared to be little slow down by the time the interims were written with EQT confirming similar for the few months after the first half.

Projecting a full year of enquiries in a pretty terrible year for most countries, we could expect that EQT have had enquiries of at least €500m and returned tenders of over €300m in one year.

When you say pipeline I am seeing something astronomical. When you say half I assume you mean of the remaining 20 odd projects with the German partners, Deesside, Billingham and the US projects, not forgetting the most recent UK project (location slips my mind)

Next year may produce an increase of enquiries over this year. I just hope they nail Billingham this month, they sqiash the US patent infringement claim and Wood come back with a very favourable review and a large Asian target market.

Itsabull. I am with you. Extreme E trialling a unit should have nothing to do with the ability of AFC to agree further contracts or to obtain an assembly facility . Three very different parts of the business and clearly interdependent. If they don't sell anything then they will have nothing to manufacture and nothing to deliver.

Let's hope so. We don't want any spikes. A stealthy rise towards a fairer value.

You have only half stated my post. Extreme E like it. They have said as much. If you have a problem with the way the AFC management are operating I would imagine that they are not concerned. Lets just say that they probably know more about what they are doing than you and I am as is the customer base perfectly happy with that.

They have not RNSd it as there is nothing to RNS other than a one liner in the operational update. When they have agreed the large scale delivery assembly site I am sure they will RNS it.

At the moment they are dealing with the assembly and delivery of 3 key orders. They clearly have a pipeline and foresee the requirement for a larger facility to build many MWs per annum.

Components such as electrodes, containers, piping, charge points, solar panels, etc etc are from supply chain or manufacturing partners. Assembly could be multi systems simultaneously as stated in the RNS they are currently working with clients to close out multi system deals.

So as yet, nothing to RNS regarding a facility but clearly part of the short term plan to ensure demand can be met.

Just wait sceptics, this is actually going to happen and AFC will take off next year. Perhaps even into Christmas things will get a little more exciting. I know people don't like AB but he is working to commercialise the business and a number of products. The most important thing is that the market likes it and with endorsements like Extreme E then that tells us that it does.

I think once the ARB SP catches up to 16p the value of ARB will actually be far greater and the SP will continue to play catch up.

This is just the beginning. Its not likely to stop for a while as the influx of new investors continues, BTC rises, ARB continue to operate 24/7/365 using increased number of machines, improving efficiency, increasing revenue and continuing to grow the business at an exponential rate.

I am not getting these SP predictions of 16p. That is not a staggering valuation for ARB its roughly £50m. Peers in the US will be valued much higher than this.
