Let's not forget about everything else in the pipeline. Deesside, CarbonSole, 20 odd projects in the Balkans with Ewergy, Wood tie up with a distinct Asia focus, US projects and lastly not forgetting that EQT responded to €205m commercial opportunities in H1 2020 alone.
The pandemic has slowed progress in just about everything. EQT have already told us that several projects due to financially close in H2 2020 will fall in Q1/H1 2021. Fact is they will still go ahead once people can move more freely.
Biden getting the vote, Sunaks Green Bonds and just a general global consensus to build back green will stimulate a green economic recovery with companies like EQT at the for front.
Big waste producers are likely to assess the benefit of having in house gasification equipment saving them disposal costs and at the same time providing a value stream in heat, power or gas to grid. EQT are getting themselves ready to be a design and build contractor, a manufacturer of gasifiers, owner operator and just operate and maintain after care.
Potential in EQT is simply massive and we should be very excited at these levels as perhaps the mother of all corrections may be just around the corner.
