Yes. If BTC rose 10% the ARB SP should not go up 10% It should go up much more. ARB is geared towards higher BTC pricing. Clearly there is a minimum price and mining level needed to cover the hosting costs. But margins of 40% are pretty good based on an $10500. Its now $13500 and potentially going on a run.

More machines, more mining please. Result is a higher income and higher MCap.

ARB is not only undervalued it should see a exponential rise as BTC price increases. Is this not better than buying BTC ?

Every dollar rise in BTC is a dollar profit for ARB ?

Not considering mining difficulty that is lower now than September, as long as ARB can mine 120 coins per month and keep adding machines the business revenue should grow substantially. Look at H1 this year. 280% increase and with a low BTC price but mining number were high, so kind of balanced out.

Very excited about this. Great time to buy if you ask me. I cannot see how this would not attract the crowds. Currently Twitter is limited in exposure but if ARB keep the result coming in why would people not want to invest here as well as gold and other hedges.

At the moment I would tend not to agree. It has dragged the SP from 30 odd pence at the start of the year to 17p today.

Next year, when the world re-focuses on important issues such as climate change it then become apparent the importance of the cash raise when they did, providing considerable means to get through this terrible period and come out the other side with a viable commercial product to assist with cleaning up energy generation for the new world post COVID.

Yes. At this time its better to buy more machines. Mine more coins, increase income, reduce costs and add value to the business. At this level, with circa £20m MCap and a TO of circa £20m, rapid growth and expansion makes this look like an amazing opportunity. Not many start ups will generate revenue let alone revenue to this level. Reinvestment is key.

SP appreciation will be greater than any dividend.

My gut feel is that monthly revenues are likely to increase to $1.5 to $2m based upon the current BTC price. Profits margins will rise above 50%, EBITDA will increase and the PE based on EBITDA will be lower than the current 6 which is absolutely absurd.

This will increase buying pressure as investors start to build a position. I dont even know how this stuff works but I can see that the income and profits are heading one way.

It cannot be held back for ever.

Not getting much joy from anything at the moment. Market seems to decouple with everything regardless of good or bad. Seems to just want to drop everywhere.

People going back to cash ? Whats that worth ? I am sticking with my PF and see where it goes. In theory, if BTC rises and ARB keep mining then the SP should go up in line right?

Would be nice to see that reflected in the price here. Added a few more on close yesterday. I cannot see how ARB valuation can be completely de coupled with BTC unless the number of coins mined each month declines to low levels.

Early part of the year they were in the 200s and 300s. At the current BTC price even August levels would bring in $2m income. Its looking nice and steady whilst annual TO is more or less equal to MCap. That in itself doesn't make sense. Wider market will be looking for something like this I feel.

Norfolk. There is nothing good anywhere. I look at it that for every low there will be a high. As we are perhaps scraping along rock bottom, possibly a little further to go yet, at some point there has to be a reversal. The same goes for personal performance. If LC continues to fail the shareholders with missing deadlines the eventually he will have to go or produce some earth shattering news.

I am fed up with being patient with all stocks. Seems like all the good news has dried up for the time being. PF is down 40% since end of August and that's with some shuffling.

I have divested a little. Moved into ARB, Argo Blockchain. Trying to cover all the bases.

What was the cause of the 'difficulty in mining ' in September? Is that likely to reoccur in October ?

Any increase in BTC goes directly to the bottom line of the business. Profitability increases dramatically !

gspanner, I have used mining of PM's as a hedge. Will be looking at buy physical outside of trading account. Cash in the bank is doing absolutely nothing.
