I like the reading on the anion exchange membrane and linking this to not only electrolysers but desalination, which Acciona are very much into and also redox flow batteries.

A positive alkamem update would be great. I do think the membrane is the key to huge future success as it provides greater diversification than just fuel cell applications. Not that its a bad place to be given the current partnerships in the EV, marine, locomotive and strategic power applications. I honestly think AFC are nailing this and it won't be that long before we see first commercial large scale orders.

Its a good take on EQT. Seems they agree that EQT have the most potential upside given the pipeline of business and imminent conversion to revenue. Still very excited about EQT and this sits nicely alongside my other green tech investments.

At the moment I cannot see what AFC would need a fundraise for. They have barely worked through the £31.6m raised in July. They are updating us on how they have spent the capital todate and this includes strategic manufacturing partnership with BK Gulf and an assembly facility for up to 100 systems per annum at Dunsfold. Even if a fundraise is required in the future there is little chance it would be to keep the lights on. It would be for rapid expansion which would only be a positive for shareholders. ITM raised well over £100m at £2.50 ish only recently. Now look where they are. Well over £6.

Brakes off in exactly the same way as when RA sold out. Schroders could not have sold these in 1 day or 2 days even. Its been going on for days. 15m shares fed into the market at anything from 70p upwards. Not sure what the threshold requirements are but expect that they didn't need to notify at 7%, 6% and just 5% as it was crossed.

They have offloaded now anyway so that is out the way. The news is given after the event. They have given notification a few days after they started to sell down as they didn't want to depress the share price whilst offloading. I would expect thats it for them now. Probably delayed as long as legally possible to ensure they got the best price. Could well be upwards now.

FCI, I have been saying the exact same thing. Opened at 87p yesterday and today is 15% of yesterdays highs. I may be biased but I cannot see whats not to like. I added this morning at 79.6p when it opened 4% down. Could not justify any drop in my head. I will extend that Monday if I can buy sub 77p as its now looking like a steal. For every 5% drop after that I will just keep adding.

There is no way that the ABB and Ricardo strategic partnerships will lead to nothing. They also visited the fuelcell as they would have done significant due diligence on AFC and the technology before putting their names in to partnership with AFC. Its very difficult to build a reputation but very easy to destroy one. Why would either jeopardise their reputations on AFC ? They wouldn't ! And there is still more to come. Diesel generator or temporary power replacement next anyone ?

Its actually 100p to 550p based on 7bn shares in issue. At the moment I would be over joyed to see 1/10th of the lesser.

It would be more beneficial if the warrants were exercised by the holders. Could BLU be having that discussion right now ?

How is the split expected to work in respect of issued shares etc ?

I have been invested in AFC Energy for 11 years. Well worth the research and is my number 1 holding in the sector.

EQT, PHE, VDTK and SAE. All worth research and may have transformational years.

Its not the fault of AFC. They are doing everything right. The market is blinkered somewhat and hasn't really understood the potential of AFC, their alkaline fuel cell systems, Alkamem, their strategy and strategic partners. They have this bang on and I am convinced that they now offer shareholders the greatest value at this price. The upside is far greater than investing in other well known fuel cell companies at their current prices. Give it time to sink in. £1 is not even close to where this can get to.

Borings what I was looking for. As long as I can achieve a Divi, the long term goal is a diverse portfolio of boring. I get enough excitement from Green tech but hope eventually this will support a life of boring divis.

Give it time to sink in again. Just like the ABB strategic partnership. It took a day or two before it moved sharply. I think this new partnership is the one that will take this across the line at £1. Let the traders have their fun but in my opinion AFC MCap is destined for a second move up to higher grounds.

Not sure if this was the best timing but have bought 1800 shares here this morning. Seems relatively undervalued or unloved and has a decent quarterly divi. Is there potential for a SP recovery ? Whats the deal with the share split I have read about ?

JustDandy, Thanks for the response. I can see the value in these investments I just don't know what the market needs to kick it into action. I think it is just under the radar and has been for some time hence frustrated longer term holders exiting, which is understandable. Personally is see the rise in ESports popularity being a major catalyst and I see this as having a more or less imminent or immediate effect. Similar with SatoshiPay.
