It will not change. EQT will still be an AIM listed company domiciled in Ireland. It is a migration for settlement purposes.

Best not try to predict when and what RNS will be released. If the timing and onenwe want doesn't land it leads to disappointment. Let things play out as they're supposed too.

So do you consider Eqtecs electric as free as they will be using syngas generated in the gasification process to power the process. Not sure what percentage this utilises but may reduce the syngas/hydrogen available for sale.

The thing Eqtec realise is that Hydrogen is a nascent market. Until such times as this changes, their approach to convert waste to syngas to generate heat and power is the most viable use of the advanced gasification equipment. When there is a market for hydrogen this may change as DP has already intimated. They know how to do it and will when the time is right.

I listened to the PHE presentation the other day. They take a different approach and go down the licencing route. This reduces project risk for them. Hydrogen will be generated as well as syngas but it is the role of their customer to find the market for the H2. PHE have nothing to do with the sales.

Yes, not holding back issuing, but perhaps delaying finalisation of any collaboration so as not needing to inform the market as there is nothing to officially inform.

To get hit with a big double like this (Aries and Wood) may certainly change sentiment to strongly positive. Follow this with further financial closures on some of the pipeline and its hard to gauge what will happen. Its bound to be bumpy but nothing we haven't seen already.

A few months back 1m shares would cost less than £5k and would flow through regularly.

1m today is a little more substantial. 2m is not a punt at over £50k. Goes to show that buy and hold will always win through.

Thanks aandi. I know you are not the US court, a lawyer (maybe you are, just guessing) and perhaps a little biased towards EQT defence (as I would be) but it would be good to hear your view on it. It would be fantastic if there is sufficient detail in the defence papers to just discredit the infringement claim and it ends there. I really don't see the case as anything more than opportunistic but it just hangs there and has shrouded some investor sentiment I feel. Nothing in it more than that. We can all see that based on prior art or complete lack of infringement. It will certainly build confidence in DP and the team to deliver.

Very true ChippyJo. Keyboard warriors intent on trying to cause conflict and chaos amongst well informed long term holders. If I don't like a company I just don't invest. My modus operandi is not to benefit from a falling SP. Hopefully the other clown sold out like promised this morning. If MPO is that intent on bringing up useless info and driving the price down, yet claims to be on a free ride surely they are better of selling. I'm have a free ride on ARB and its killing me watching that drop from 140p to sub 70p but I'm not going on the board running it down further. That would make me stupid.

An H2 fueled power station running from PHE hydrogen generation. At least this way the H2 would be generated from a waste product and the process would be self sufficient taking energy to power the DMG from the syngas created from the process.

This was a previous collaboration or tie up. Wonder if anything like this would happen in the future ?

Yeah. Only been here a few weeks and I can see its a depressing story for most. Sentiment driven market in a stock that doesn't appear to have much positive investor sentiment. We can all see whats going to happen. Just get it out the way and let this thing go already.

If PPS is 607m they are valued higher than AFC at 500m. 676m is the shares in issue for AFC.

And especially as the pipeline of business that EQT have is larger than the value of the business. A traders dream.
