We have said all along that its natural consolidation. There will be sellers moving out and buyers moving in. Its essential that we see a period of consolidation, its healthy for the company and SP. In the last 6 weeks we have seen Deeside, Billingham and now a further Ewergy project which looks one of several. SP has dropped maybe 30% from recent high. But it has risen over 400% to current value from recent lows. Chill. It will happen.

These smaller projects of around 1mw are much lower risk and higher margin for EQT. The return on development costs is possibly not much different to that of a 20-25Mw project as it would still require a similar amount of work to be carried out. I would much rather have 20 x 1Mw projects than 1 x 20Mw project.

Just looking at this relationship with Ewergy makes you see the potential for the 'strong partnership' and how the Wood partnership may be beneficial in the Asian target market for both parties.

DP and the senior team are doing a cracking job here. 2021 is likely to be transformational for EQT im respect of financial closures and pipeline development whilst 2022 is likely to reap the rewards from the construction pipeline as enduring revenues start to roll in through ops and maintenance, energy sales and monitoring etc.

£155m MCap now and for anyone who thinks this is over the top for the stage of development they are delusional. Pipeline is over £300m in projects, plus £200m in returned commercial opportunities in H1 2020 alone, proven product with over 125k operational hours dating back to 2011. If you can tell me another company in the sector that matches that then I want to know as I am buying shares in that stock as well.

When the US Open at 1430 the volatility increases as does the volume. The US is the driver here. When this is fully listed OTCQB its likely to be pushed higher by a further increase in volume

This is one hell of a business run by a razor sharp CEO with possibly the best technical team optimising equipment continuously.

Perfect storm

Market will wake up when AFC show revenue and pipeline. Ducks are lining up and I get the sense that this year AFC will close the gap significantly. Look at Ballard and Bloom. They are making huge losses but have significant revenue. This is because there products are expensive and not commercially viable. AFC have gone the extra mile and will be manufacturing low cost solutions. Just reaching half the MCap of bloom or Ballard should be our target. I am confident AFC will be a leader in the fuelcell sector and achieve this with ease this year. A few of us will be very happy.

It fails me to comprehend why anyone would build an incinerator when they could build a cleaner more efficient gasification plant. Also why incinerators are not looking to convert to gasification.

Peter Wall said he was going to talk to IIs. Perhaps he has done just that. This will really create supply issues especially when the full OTC listing happens in the next few days. You know what happens when demand outstrips supply.

If the US is willing to pay $1.50 today and the UK does not open at £1 tomorrow at the very least their is a serious issue with the UK market. When ARBKF is listed on OTCQB it will be driven even harder up in price until the US see parity. All stock will come from the UK pot. Nearly 70m shares traded today across UK, US and EU but ARB still looks undervalued to sector peers and when the new machines are operational and BTC continues to rise, the MCap and SP will still be playing catch up.

They are loving it over in Germany. Always amazes me why they are happy to pay more after the UK closes but on opening tomorrow they may see 10% drop in their purchase.

Warrants are not exercised by the company when they need to raise cash. They are exercised by the warrant holder which holds them as part of a previous placing. The company can enforce warrants to be exercised but this would have to be part of the initial placing agreement. The exercise price was agreed a long time ago and has not reflection of a discount to current SP. Warrant holders do not have to exercise but should be aware that they will have an expiry on them.

You actually think that EQT need to raise capital to pay for up coming projects ? i think you need to carry out more research on what capital EQT have raised, what it is for and how they will finance builds of 25Mw EfW gasification plants. It is not going to be done through raising capital through warrants. I can tell you that for sure.

When something is performing such as BTC and when something is undervalued in comparison to peers such as ARB it will stop rising when it is seen as fair value or parity to peers.

The revenue streams for EQT are wide. This is due to a change in strategy by DP who has a background in finance. In my opinion he is the right man for the job to take EQT forward and leverage the equipment in the most effective ways that he can. They are fairly agile now and can work with a multitude of different feedstocks and business fitting in which ever way suits the project. Asset owner, operator, equipment supplier, planning and development, energy sales all generating revenue for EQT through different mechanisms.

Next month the profit will be greater than £2m with the additional petahash and BTC price.

Multiply that by 12 months and PE of 20 and you can see just how far off fair value ARB actually are. Thankfully the US market is waking the UK market up to this towards peer and fundamental parity.
