Secondly, Aries need to view the facts which they fail to mention. The initial claim is towards EQT gasification equipment and uses photos which predate ANY patent claim that Aries believe they legally own. This is evidenced by over 120k hours of operational data. Cant get much better evidence than that. If EQT really want to make a stand they could counter claim that Aries patents are invalid.

Desmond. We have all seen them. We have all made our own assessment of the Aries case. Its woolly, opportunistic and they have not got a leg to stand on. EQT will let this run its course as that is what has to happen.

Just had a major lower outage in my area. Lasted hours and now we are running on temporary generator. High grid demand with low grid supply caused a rerouting of energy knocking out and overloading part of the network. Lots of mobile units everywhere today. Supplied by Atlas Copco. These look like 500Kw units and are dirty diesel generators. Maybe Atlas Copco could utilise AFC fuel cells.

Wow. Some naive people. Its all about MCap. We cannot compare SPs. Yes, less shares in issue means higher SP for an equivalent MCap. With current shares in issue, circa 320m @ £3 per share ARB would be valued at under £1bn and still significantly behind sector peers. If BTC keeps rising and peers keep increasing in value ARB will eventually close the disparity gap

Also, the warrants are exercised by the holder. It is not the company directly raising capital, however ARB do benefit from the exercise of warrants and options. They now have quite a few million in cash to do something useful with. Perhaps buy the data centre and reduce costs and increase margins. Perhaps pay the operating costs for a few months and increase HODL. Current HODL is over 200 BTC and worth $8m. ARB to me is a no brained at this level and I have been invested from 6.7p. The OTCQB ventures listing will take it away from the wild west pink listing and should push this closer to parity.

Just been completing a little more research on BLU before committing more capital next week and very excited by a sector that has never really caught my eye. E-Sports is growing so quickly and I didn't even notice it until recently. I have a 15 year old son. Very good sportsman but lockdowns are taking much of the enjoyments a 15 year old has away. Outside of school and daily exercise he is glued to his XBox in friendly competition with his mates. Fortnite and FIFA. If he isn't doing that he is watching gaming on YouTube. I can truly see where this is heading. Its becoming massive. Even reading that it may be one of the biggest betting sectors behind football in a short period of time. BLU have some cracking investments in the sector and I can help but feel this is just of ground floor levels.

Having invested in ARB at lower levels I cannot profess to understand Crypto, but I do see it is big business. BLUs stake in Satoshipay is looking like an absolute winner in blockchain payment technology. That seems to be the way things are going and with greater and more rapid adoption.

I would like to think 2021 will be a very good year for BLU considering the investment portfolio they currently have. Seems to me they have done their research and picked potentially huge winning sectors.

If it is made from a carboniferous product then it can be gasified. EQT have already proven this. If you cannot find this information then you need to look a little harder.

Why do EQT have 3 x EfW RDF gasification plants in planning ranging from 10 - 25 Mw ? Is this an experiment ? Or do you think perhaps they have gasified RDF previously before going head on into building several £100m plus plants.

Yachtmaster, a year or two after Eqtec's pictured gasification equipment was installed. They have actually used pictures of the Moviasla gasifiers installed in 2011 in their claim, yet the Aries patents where not applied for until 2012/13 I believe. I have looked but won't be doing it again as the whole episode bores the 5hit out of me. Chancers !

'you have used pictures of Eqtec gasifiers that predate your patent applications. Not only does that invalidate your claim of patent infringement due to prior art, it may also invalidate your 'patents' should Eqtec wish to counter claim'
