Hi Rio I've just sold my Aminex shares after disappointing news and decided to top up here I can't see the Libyans production affecting the oil price for very long there is still a huge gap between oil production and consumption. There's just not enough oil being discovered EV s to me aren't the answer for the future ,the petrol taxes will have to be put on the electric prices, the population in general won't accept that. Shell are partnering with ITM power in Germany to put hydrogen catalysts into their garages. I would like to see BP follow suit.

I've had a broker buy recommendation for Morgan Sindall specialists in fit out and affordable housing. I'm not sure what is classed as affordable homes most seem to be built for housing associations. Apparently only 1 in 10 affordable homes built in Shropshire last year were available to buy. This seems to be a gap in the market that the big builders aren't or don't want to exploit, but must be a good publicity strategy if they did and provide a first rung on the ladder for a large number of first time buyers

I had e mailed the ceo of my concerns about the Bluebell apart from a change in management it's still the same. The food prices have risen to the same as neighbouring pubs but they have waitress service and you don't wait long I'd rather go there.

Hi chubbybrown. I'm glad your local doing great mine has shot themselves in the foot. Was a very busy pub then refurbished, food prices shot up not followed by the quality and the beers are never consistent and all gold no bitters. Guess what yesterday lunchtime it was nearly empty. I hope it's the only one like it , I've still got my doubts about the coming up date will increase the sp , waiting patiently

My friend has been watching a u tube video of the Russians building a 1 bed house with a 3d printer in 52 hours. Over hear would probably take 2 years to get through planning :))

Hi Tophat The way I read that was the total sum for the special divis was remaining the same for the 5 years but the ordinary divis would be increased by £100m

Hi Trent Risks are always present with investing in shares. Who would have believed this share would have dropped so much and be relegated to a small cap. Investing on AIM is not for the faint hearted and opening a practise account will give the inexperienced some knowledge before dabbling. I like it cos no stamp duty or inheritance tax liabilities and the excitement when it goes well. Always take profits never hold for long

This quarter trading update due around the 26 July. Last years was ok but it didn't have the contribution from Charles wells or from the new builds 23 I believe, so this year should be better and with the sunny weather and football thrown in I'm expecting this share price to rise. Then make my decision whether to hold or sell

Hi divichaser. Share buy backs will not effect the likes of me and you, the millions it would take to make any difference to any shareholder would be enormous, so to me this is irrelevant point. Bp and Hsbc have spent millions buying back shares but all that they have achieved is cancelling out the scrip issues. Buy backs are not going to benefit you but the cancelling of the Scrip issues will as your shares will not be diluted. The raising of the interim divi in the update is what I believe will raise the share price. They could though leave it as it is and raise the final next year to the figures quoted in the Capital Markets day report. As I have said before quarterly divis would be the best way to stop the constant pump and dump around the special divi, but I'm not hopeful this will happen. Have a good Sunday, keep cool :))

Hi PCla With everything going on in the political field this is holding quite well lower than I would like. I'm sure when the update comes this should start rising imo. The only downer is the scrip issue dilution I would expect the total voting rights to be increased because of them

Hi Nige I've always liked Gallifords similar to the Bryant model. Never discount the construction side of this firm, Bryants construction paid for all the overheads and running costs and land buying of the whole firm . In the big recession of 1982 it kept the company afloat. The Carillion fiasco knocked Gfrd back a lot but hopefully still on for their 60+ divis

Hi Nige I am very surprised that the house builders are still in British hands. After going through the takeover of Bryant by Taylor Woodrow and the eventual sell of the construction side to Vinci , very traumatic for me and got out. The Dutch and French control a lot of the construction industry I wonder how long they will wait before pouncing on to all the profits of the house builders

Hi Nige. You seem too good at this game to be unemployable I'm sure there are people on here and out there that would pay for your advice. I'm sure others would agree. I'm always being asked for help but your better at it than me. I've been following Nano but can't bring myself to press the buy button, tech stocks and me don't work I always lose. I don't know yet when I will change my investment strategy from high to low risk can't see it before I get 70 in a few years Have a great day :))

Morning all. just been looking at TW in my account and there are no mention of the special divis is this where investors are not seeing the full picture.
There have been no broker comments since May. 3 broker comments came in last year around the half year update,
so will have to wait a bit longer.

I always read the board but it did go down hill with all the traders so I won't post here very often The excitement I get from this share has been incredible and the same now is happening with GGP to a lesser extent I will be here for the long haul. Hi Karma I've been into oil shares over 10 years and can honestly say I haven't made that much yet although UKOG paid for my loft extension, but this is the year( I've said that every year) CERP, Sound, Echo, UKOG,Alba and some other duff ones. Lost a lot with LGO(inexperience) Sound could make me. I have to say GGP has brought back the excitement of owning shares. Ok it goes up and down but where else can you get 4 interviews ,numerous rns, loads to research, great bulletin board to read with knowledgeable posters, and above all great assets that could make a fortune Tw is my bread and butter and want them to do well but there's times when you need to look away and now is one of those

Be a shame if this company gets taken over its always been a great midlands firm with strong roots, but at this price anything can happen. It seems to have got stuck at below a pound , I'm not prepared to put more in at the moment I would like a bit of movement upwards first. Even with all this sun and the world cup still no movement, very strange. My divis gone into GGP just for the excitement :))
