It can’t be laterite that’s weathered.
Nickel sulphides are normally found at the base of magma. Difference between Nickel and Copper are the temperatures it’s formed at and the rate of cooling.
Battery technology is a rapidly changing field.
The Chinese killed the nickel price last year as they have found they can produce batteries using a cheaper grade nickel. This stopped high grade nickel imports from Indonesia.
Don’t rely solely on nickel for batteries.
If your after divis this is not the share for you , this is growth growth and more growth until all the capex is paid for maybe 2028

The copper price has lifted the gold equivalent factor from 4.2m to 4.4m according to Berenberg as I was suggesting yesterday

I hope personally hope the special divi doesn’t come back.
The continual battle with the share price increasing to see the rug get pulled every time the x divi date came up, to lose more than the special paid out.
That was every time, surely buy backs are better if they buy back more than they are issuing every year.
Just take Croda for example I paid £1.40 years ago , the divis have been modest but they keep buying the shares back directly from shareholders not the market, price now approaching £100.
I can’t see buybacks happening here.

According to the last Sentinel satellite images it looks like Rio rigs are starting on the licence next to Ggp at Havieron. Budgiedown is one of the targets.
The pads were cleared ages ago.
They have licences both sides of Havieron no sign of work on the southern one

First ore might come out with those stoping tunnels if Byrnecut put their foot down late 2022 but first gold definitely not till 2023.
The Vent needs to be working before they get very deep, that’s at least 6 months work or more

The Decline contract ends in October
The financial year 2023 is June 22 to June 23.
The first stoping level is about 50m lower than the top of the ore body, so that’s an additional 350m of Decline to construct, then an access tunnel c100m,
Then the Western access tunnel c175m, then 5 stoping tunnels of about 100m each.
The stoping tunnels before the stoping commences will be bringing out some of the ore.
They then drill to the roof and sides in series of hole all the way along this stope, fill with explosives and Boom :))
Forecast mineral ore tonnage to be removed up-to June 23 - 50,000ton or 7,363 ounces

They’ve already done a lot on the Northern licences where the gold deposition has been found on a 6km strike length straddling 2 licences.
Have they surveyed the other licence to the South and East which has had no survey work.
This area is the Cobalt target reported to be possibly the largest in Australia
Cobalt prices from last year have rocketed from below $30,000 per ton to yesterday’s $59,500 per ton nowhere near its high of $100,000 in 2018.
Well worth spending on survey work here.

Onward drilling can be added to the assets in the accounts in this calendar financial year.
That’s to next June, so the assets will keep rising from the quoted assets of £17m with all the mine development as well

SD stated an update in the resource will be somewhere from December through to February with his preference being early in the New Year.
