Ggp is a different company than what is normally seen on AIM.
There’s a fantastic knowledge base here that you won’t find on other boards, make the effort to meet up there’s some fascinating people here.

It’s obvious that most people don’t know Tig, but they have the option to meet up and make the effort to get to one of his meet ups.
I make the effort to meet as many people as I can. I’ve been to the Stag twice now and there are some really nice people involved.
I’ve also had a meet up with Goldworm and Flashy in a pub, fascinating night. I was astounded how many of the regulars there are investors in Ggp all down to Goldworm far more than in the Stag.
Anyway it’s right to question but not in the manner that we have seen this morning

A lot people know Tig personally as I do.
He is one of the most polite, gentlemanly men I’ve ever met.
To question his authenticity is abhorrent to me.
Put yourself out and get to the next Stag meet to find out for yourselves instead of hiding behind keyboards

We’ve known about the Decline change for sometime now.
The new plan has 4 rings to the spiral instead of the old 5 rings.
The top straight section has turned sharply to the right from the box cut to accommodate the new spiral location, so the bottom long straight is more in the lower saplite (aquifer) a harder wetter rock hyper saline.
To get to the top of the ore body at 420m depth less 23m for the portal depth =2,779m length.
The mining plan sections from the PFS show the top of the ore at 460m as the crescent is lower than the northern end of the ovoid.
Therefore to get to top of ore = 3,059m
The first stope will be about another 50m lower
Decline length to first stope = 3,409m
Plus length from Decline to edge of ore = about 100m
Plus Western Access = about 170m

Total length to get to first ore 3,679m

By this time more than one drilling machine will be in operation and probably a roadheader

SD did say the Decline was in budget for cost and time but I believe it may be about 6 months behind.
First ore was due to come out June -Dec 2023, I think it will be at the end of that period.
It has to be stockpiled first near the Decline entrance about 60ton per truck coming out or less if the mine floor is churning up.
A 3 bed road train is probably what will be used will haul around 120ton to Telfer so that’s 2 mine trucks to 1 road train.
When at Telfer it will be stored again in another pile waiting for enough ore to start the processing, so slow build up.
They don’t want machines or plant running idol at times, that costs.
Tweaking of the processing will also be taking place

The drilling machine they are using the spec indicates computerised, so no need to mark the wall face. From the photos I’ve seen I can’t see any evidence of chalking.
Wouldn’t surprise me if they are using low tech stuff though the way it’s being done.

This is quite interesting from Rambler mining presentation
With the updated mineral resource estimate completed in December 2021, Rambler’s Technical team are compiling a revised 2022 and life of mine plan
• Strong operating margin projected for 2022
• ˜7,000 tonnes payable Cu (2021 – 3,500 tonnes)
• Over 4,000 meters of underground development to further support the flexibility of the operation

They have anticipated 4,000m of Decline development for 2022 for 7,000 t of ore.
That just shows how fast they can go in rock instead of 277m in soft wet stuff like we are going through having to inject resins to harden the rock.

We’re heading for 14m tons with about 3,000m of Decline once we hit the rock it should motor on.

One snowdrop bulb sold at auction for £357 much easier to dig up than a monkey puzzle tree.
Facts about snowdrops the bulbs are poisonous but the chemical within the bulb is used to treat Alzheimer’s disease and was also used in the Salisbury Novachuk incident to treat the victims.

I’ve decided not to buy Gold coins and bury them in the garden, I’d never remember where I put them.
I’ve ( or I should say we’ve) bought 2 Galanthus bulbs and put them in the garden. Good value for £25 they come up every year to remember where you’ve put them and they multiply so can easily sell to get your money back.

Well it is a Sunday and the sun is trying to come out :))

I’ve heard all what’s been said about the MRE and it’s a difficult situation mixed up with the 5% and Shaun’s disappointment of it not being issued.

If you separate the 2 and look at the drilling in isolation.
There is an inferred resource with a portion within of Indicated probably about 25%, so the 75% remaining has been targeted for infilling to bring it all into Indicated.
Since the Jan28th 2021 results issue they have also been expanding the Northern corridor finding high grade zones this should also be Indicated.
Now some of this has still been dribbling through the results even into the latest ones in Jan release.
The SE Deeps are also targeted for inclusion, I can’t see these will be anything other than inferred as the drilling density is just not up to the Jorc requirements.
These Deeps are extremely high grade and most definitely will effect the mining plan.

My thoughts are that the longer we have to wait the more ore will be included in the resource and reserves.
I won’t get drawn into conspiracy theories cos I just don’t know what to make of them, but I have seen a lot of hype on here whipped up into a frenzy and I personally just don’t want to know.

They might have problems with the Decline but this is what he said “ Right now we think it’s within budget both in cost and time” and it’s going a bit quicker than the last update

“ (Stage 4 Farm-in) if Newcrest (and/or its related bodies corporate) completes and delivers, or incurs no less than US$20 million by way of Expenditure toward the carrying out of, a Feasibility Study for a project on the Tenement Blocks (the Stage 4 Commitment) within a period of 24 months from the date following satisfaction of the Stage 3 Commitment (the Stage 4 Period), Newcrest will have the right, but not the obligation, for it or its related body corporate nominee to acquire an additional 10% Farm-in Interest (the Stage 4 Interest) for no additional cost”

It states delivers completes or incurrs $20m towards the carrying out of the FS.

You are confusing the PFS with the MMRE.
MMRE Dec 2020 drill results were upto Sep 20
PFS October 2021 drill results were upto Feb 2021

I’ve no idea why you are having a pop at me about the Decline I was in fact going by that published timeline showing the programme of the Decline and vent.
I pulled a lot of others up here for suggesting it would be a lot quicker after Byrnecut had broken a record for a Decline somewhere in WA.
I was the only one saying the start will be very slow at first due to the aquifer the Decline was going through.
I’m very disappointed that a more professional approach didn’t happen with the Decline design, after all it will be there for 40 years or more.
I was supportive of you to start with but you changed with a very negative stance and it seems you still are
