28th October 21 was the last one prior to the Dec cut off.
This slide included April 22 Quarterly results.
This slide shows the gap zone and Had029 is going through it 134m @ 0.81g/t

You need to read the whole note and not that last sentence.
Note 1 is referring to the PFS mineral resources estimate from October.
NCM did not update that MRE in the Dec announcement which is why Shaun did his own.
His argument is that the PFS was based on Feb 21 information nearly 12 months of drilling data behind.
That note refers to information in that release of the PFS at that point in time.
All data after the Feb 21 cut off will be taken into account by the arbitration process but a vast amount of work has to be done now to come up with a valuation instead of a simple agreement and handshake.
Shaun is not going to let NCM walk over this.

It’s right in the centre of the northern end of the Northern Corridor at around 700m below top of ore.

The bright yellow colour is Chalcopyrites, specs of bornite in there too.
It’s helped to up the average of the intercept
69m @ 0.72g/t gold and 1.1% copper

Normally starts Jan-Feb I’ve heard it’s been wet this season so some drilling delays expected.

When you read that Half year report it mentions the Red Chris Bulk Caving Feasibility Study due H2 CY23, so still over 12 months away.
There’s a proviso in there that they may pick out the high grade pods first which would delay the start of the bulk mining.

I’m expecting this to happen at Havieron, these high grade pods in the Northern corridor are too high grade to leave for the bulk drop.
They start at about 450m from top of ore and will be easily accessed from the SE crescent stopes decline.

A clue to this came in the environmental report showing a suggested stoping layout.

A big advantage in doing this is production from the centre could start as soon as the SE crescent decline gets passed these levels maybe 2025> not 2028 bulk cave start.
Hopefully the Feasibility Study this year will highlight their plans for the central zone

Next drill results expected next week.
Ggp may issue these on Thursday no NCM results due this time.

The plan on the left is an isometric view of the ore body.
The lack of drilling to the NW pod is clearly a target for more drilling.
The green lines on the drills indicate >100gm lengths below NCM MRE. Through the Northern Corridor looks good for a big increase.
The red intercepts are +1g/t below 450m from top of orebody.

These deep drills take months to drill with a max of about 30m per day reducing to 10-15 days deep down under the SE crescent and Eastern breccia, so we could be looking at drills starting before Xmas plus assay time.

New pads are not likely to be started during the wet season.
They have to line the section through the cover with a large diameter reverse circulation drill, these can cope with a length between 600-800m at an angle.
Inserting the sleeve in soft conditions is tricky, one of the reasons Havieron wasn’t pursued in the early 2000s until new drilling techniques were used by Ggp.
They then revert to a smaller diameter core drill for most of the drill hole but the really deep holes are reduced again to maximum length normally around the 2000m length

A27 Blackhills north
To be drilled this coming campaign.
Historical drilling has missed this one, wildcat drilling has been done all around it. One drill is just on the perimeter.
The old target name Eastern was a lot longer target spreading out to the SE, the aerial survey has pinpointed the target area in the north end of the anomaly .
Described as “ potential conductive mineralised sulphide body”

During the campaign they will also be checking out Saddlereef drill BH003 .
“Planned new ground geophysical work around the previously reported anomalous BH003
zone and other EM targets to refine targeting.”

I see drill BH003 as quite a significant hole as it appears to have found a second reef not found in other older drills.
I believe Telfer had 5 reefs so any information from further survey work should be quite important as to what lies below the second reef.

Saddlereef as the name entails gives a clue to what’s here, it’s where most of the historical drilling has been focussed but not too any great depths

Drill testing of three high-priority targets across the JV licences, including Electro magnetic (”EM”) targets A27 and A9, potential conductive mineralised sulphide bodies as seen at Telfer gold mine and previously defined magnetic and gravity target Tama, considered geophysically consistent with Havieron style mineralisation.

At the Eastern prospect, a linear zone of gold mineralised stratigraphy is apparent over a strike of approximately 4km. Historical surface rock chip results include 1.9g/t gold, 1.2g/t gold and 1.0g/t gold. Broad spaced drilling along the zone has returned results including 1m at 10.0g/t gold from 16m (CBH138), 1m a 4.93g/t from 12m (CBH071) and 1m at 3.12g/t from 37m (NBH004). The mineralisation appears to track along a structural contact and the focus will be on identifying the higher grade mineralisation along this trend.

There’s been loads of news in the last 15 months.
I’m not keen on nearology but Panorama and Bromus close neighbours have given us some pointers.

Thor’s Ragged Range presentations have shown us the possibility of where Shaun’s news of nickel is situated. There geology is a mirror of what we possibly have. They have found lithium too.

Bromus
Galileo presentation on their Norseman licence has highlighted similar geology to Bromus, their shares have shot up on the announcement of Platinum group metals on that licence with strong nickel and copper results.

The Juri JV has found gold in a second reef structure at Blackhills, further survey work has indicated other targets close by.
First drill at Goliath hit gold.

More licences acquired in Canning and Pascalle with multiple targets. Two Havieron like targets identified.

Rudall grant obtained to help drilling exploration of that target next to Fortesque licence.

Ernest Giles 2 licence gains.

Scallywag
Building of the modelling continues after another drilling season where gold has been found at Swan and Barbossa west. Additional targets found.

It is very hard when you are being got at, not that it bothers me that much but I do find it tiresome sometimes.
Easier to explain things on What’s App but looking back for previous posts is very awkward without saving them.
I’m not posting as much as I used to here, I begrudge giving information to negative people who twist it around.

I’ve met Hydrogen twice now and we get on great, he’s a down to earth guy.
I have quite a few now on my contacts and What’s App chats mainly as a result of the shareholders meetings.

If you can I urge you to make the effort to go to these meetings it’s well worth your while. I haven’t come across anyone I haven’t liked, everybody seems to have a lot to say.

Havieron is an evolving discovery.
Everyone has been concentrating on the high grade sulphide intrusion of the crescent but that could be the last one of many intrusions.
It’s a huge breccia pipe. I won’t say massive because that has a different meaning in geology:))
When news first came out about the breccia we were informed about 2 types
Crackle breccia and cemented breccia
Crackle is a weak grade breccia where heat has melted the rock but not to a great extent, and to move the clasts within it a little from their original position . Cooling then forms shrinkage cracks.
Cemented breccia is a hotter intrusion with higher grade forcing it’s way through the cracks changing the crackle. The clasts within the molten breccia move about more and become smaller in size.
Cooling of the cemented leaves the cracks filled with quartz where gold mineralisation is higher.
Lately Calcite breccia has been shown on NCM plans increasing the size of the breccia pipe although this is weaker than the Crackle.

Later after the cemented intrusion we’ve been informed of Actinolite breccia .
This caused some anxiety as one of its constituents is asbestos but it forms part of the highest grade of breccia we have.
Reading through a Researchgate paper temperature and cooling leads a mature part to this mineralisation.
“Experimental data demonstrate that the thermal stability of actinolite depends on its Fe and Mg content, which decrease linearly over a wide P-T range, and is applicable as a proxy for estimating temperature of formation 23 . Compositional variations in minerals have been used previously for temperature estimations, e.g., titanium content in zircons or Mg-Fe silicate minerals in porphyry Cu-Au-Mo systems . In the case of actinolite, its composition has been successfully used for estimating temperature of formation in IOA and Cu-Ni-PGE deposits, and preliminary data using actinolite in IOCG deposits suggests that it could be similarly useful “
Actinolite geochemistry is very useful, bare in mind though Havieron is not an IOCG deposit it’s Intrusive related

But there you have it the first hint of where the nickel might be .
Will there be platinum group elements as well?

The increase is more than 20%.

NB! Not all the drills were in the MRE zone and a lot of the metres we’re getting to the ore body.
