I am a buyer here, have been all the way down, will be whilst we are down here and will be most of the way back up...

I started price averaging about 7 months ago.... The corporate and political position of PSN over others is good, balance sheet is good, structure is good. Product is sadly not the best.... but the price is the price and home and shelter is what it is..

Speak to me in 5 years time where my 2022 investment will be my annual return.

My worry is we have to drop our pants due to gold price and accept a poor offer to offload and bring in some cash to fund our ongoing existence and Koroussa to completion in tandem with Coris.

But it is an underlying positive, just comes at a tough time.

Don't expect anything from this drilling people, but it is still good to see that someone somewhere is thinking about the future development of the project into a real working site at some point...

So in that sense its another item to be de-risked which is good if no material value to be added.

Also nice to see some c0ck waving going on regarding project size.. there has to be some traction globally at some point about securing future Nickel... and putting ourselves on that list is key.

when a company who has very hard to scrutinise fundamentals and a reputation for paying covered dividends is paying out 18% divs and is on sale....

dont muck about.. do yourself a favour and thing long term. the div return WILL vary over the next 25 years.... but ill be so paid up by year 3 or 4 that i really wont care too much about div or sp.... especially when you compare this against other div payers on the market...

My biggest decision is when to stop buying....as im a monthyl buyer here and will be until "something" changes... not sure that that is yet, but im watching...

price average in with something like £16k... buy a tranche every week or 2 on every red day ?

then you can remove the worry and act less emotionally.. it helps. I do that here and have been doing for some time, every month though, ive bought in higher and lower and will continue to buy in till the yield gets to about 8% then ill lift my nose to see what other value is around... if nothing else is around ill keep trickling in here... or keep the cash ready for value to present itself eslewhere...

I've taken the approach here that i think "fingers crossed" i have timed my entry well here and with an initial return of 10% in dividends alone over the long term compound returns here have potential to be significant, even if dividends reduce in future years.

I will continue to build my position until the value argument is stronger elsewhere (RIO, AEWU, "EVRAZ", CLIG). I have been hopping between those shares for a few years building positions when value presents itself.

PSN appears to have manufactured a strong position with the government as a key component of providing housing stock that is 100% required. Having this backing and being a 10% dividend company with no debt is VERY strong in my opinion.

Either way, the subtext of your post is that there are options in order to ensure continued operation and cash moving forwards. I agree with nearly everthing you say. I dont think there would be any further raises required assuming Yan and Kor are both cash generative. Corus have been incredibly supportive of both assets to date and with a hopeful success of Kor i would imagine they would also be supportive of funding Dugbe.

Dugbe will be years away anyway, Kor will be net cash positive by the time any construction starts at Dugbe in my view. It would be too much risk to develop 2 mine sites concurrently.

I agree. I like the look of PSN and have been buying in slowly each month for a few months and will continue.... until something else looks better...

Fundamentals and accounts look good, future for government approved home builders looks good too.

Divi is hard to ignore.

Its great that those options are even on the table with the share it has some visible strength of late.

Personally I'm a simpler investor. I make my choices on my long plays and just make monthly top ups wherever the yield suggests its currently highest against the current SP... like I said... simple investing for simpe people (me).

I think you are forgetting the level of autonomy that VP has in Russia and the very recent lack of control brought about by VP for the Oligarchs. I think you will find the OG's will want their assets in jurisdictions where governance has a shred of credibility and actual shareholder control. Do you really think that VP doesn't own the Moscow exchange? If I had so much skin in the game as the RA for example the last thing I'd want is my shares in VP's money mixing pot (Moscow Exchange)....

This will stay on LSE as it is the safest place for their shares.

If all that 2022 brings for this company is more drilling proving the resource, a finalized PEA and Measured Resource status, I will be happy enough with that.

I enjoyed the lack of Zorbas's notes on the RNS this morning... hopefully he has learned to take a back seat and keep his name off things as much as possible. Let the new name/blood/reputation do the work and slowly change the face of the company.

Do we think now might be the time to split Nickel into 2 indexes? It's been talked about for a few years now and might be a nice way of re-shuffling some of the pressure on the price into 2 distinct products so the steel industry doesn't get priced out because of battery needs and visa versa. Structural steel prices are insane at the moment and it's having a big effect on the construction industry. Equally battery demand is outstripping supply at a rapid rate.

Whatever happens with Nickel I think it's safe to say if you own Nickel assets you stand to gain "something"...
