I have also been here for 4 years maybe more.....

The recent move for me is a plus even if on paper numerically it isn't. It brings in new people, new markets, new interest and i hate to say it but dilution. JZ has been diluted, that's power being taken away, or given away...

And if he is starting to sit back now and think let someone else deal with this i will just take the cheque when its gone then that's ok with me. The current valuation is absurd for what Zeb actually is.

I am hear for the asset and the fundamentals and the looming demand that will force the majors to go shopping.

At the moment cant help but think there isnt much more to be achieved in the mcap on face value...

BUT, if John can continue to release the quality of news he has plus some interesting corporate action into investments as well as the retail side of things this could and should continue to justify a ever growing MCAP.

I am in and have already made by bread on this one earlier in the week so happy to leave me stake in here to run now. I am really looking forward to more newsflow. In a new and growing market, with the right cant of pressure behind it the newsflow should and can only be positive. A refreshing change from many many other existing industries.

Compare this to current MCAP... this is looking cooked right now....

And in one of the most turbulent years for a global company is very impressive.

We really need to see the next 2 Q's and a full years accounts to understand the state of play.

Seeing as the larger recent scale operations are over a short period time..

I mean, i am in here but think for now wont be adding more till i see more corporate success into other investments or just continued sales success over a full year with clarity over assets, debts, margins.

On the surface with the trajectory already shown, things do look very positive..

Q2 Highlights (October 1 to December 31)



· £1,562,000 ($2,175,000) in revenue - up 97% compared to Q1 revenue of £793,500 ($1,105,000)

· £764,000 ($1,062,500) in gross profit

· 11% online conversion rate increase compared to Q1 rate of 12%

· Over 69,000 units sold online

· Over 10,500 online customer accounts created



First Half Year (July 1 to December 31)



· £2,355,000 ($3,280,000) in sales

· £1,311,000 ($1,825,500) gross profit

The recent costs on the balance sheets are openly characterised as abnormal due to listing fees, but the underlying sale growth is inspiriting. Debt is present too, but to be fair to this or any other business it is a start-up in the grand scheme of things, it is to be expected.. this is where the value for shareholders is locked I suppose. The removal of the debt from the hopeful growth...

Also when you look at the partnership in terms of retailers it doesn't get much more UK social fabric than Boots, H&B, Sainsburys and Ocado....

This one is all about marketing and branding, the inhouse science and products are there and have been there for some times, its clear to see that lessons learnt from north America and & Canada are just being rolled back out here. This time it looks like in an ever slightly more expert fashion than maybe they were in the first markets of North America and Canada... which has kind of peaked and are now a bit bloated in places.

I know from a corporate action POV this company is the pits, but from an asset POV and fundamentals removing the people there is a worthwhile project in there somewhere. I honestly believe that the slow, confusing and often poorly communicated actual project development is moving in the right direction.

I am reluctant to sell based on the sentiment of the market where their is underlying value.

If we bounce off a ~1800 in the coming days then we can rest a bit easier I think with regards to the short term trend of gold.

Personal opinion is we see a rise into Feb of Gold to a ceiling of ~1955 then looking further with a critical point in pressure on the chart around Aug time unless something fundamental changes in the meantime. I see Aug as the make or break, but there seems to be a more upward trend to the lows so id like to the the break out in Aug might be in the upward direction.

WE SHALL SEE, exciting year for gold.

He is in real danger here, and he can do something about it if he can put personal pride aside and appoint a more corporate smart mining team around him that will call him out and tell him what he needs to be giving.

Its not a lot that is missing, its a principle of business that is missing for me ( i know its a cluster of individual topics). If he can just step aside a bit and just be the face for interviews etc, i think people receive him really well generally as the face of the company, its the detail and nuance of delivery at a technical level that he lacks.

There are a few solutions internally for him, but ultimately his pride will be the biggest obstacle.

I hope that he or someone else does something soon... I continue to hold this brilliant little company.

Todays RNS really was a sugar coated turd. I mean, the turd in the middle is small and the sugar coating is VERY thick, there is a lot of positivity and achievements made in the quarter. BUT, at the heart of it all a fundamental element of the business is unexplained and to the market and investors higher than expected.... its a sweet but sour RNS to digest....

This man has the idea.

If you know you want to get in, but you are unsure about the temperature you dont bomb in, you dip your toe until you are happy.

But in terms of defining value which i believe is the case here, not so much share price. I personally felt that the fundamentals of BT and long term future for internet in the UK and BT's involvement in that future is strong. They are a big investor in their own infrastructure, always have been. The service standard i have experienced personally is good, the products at times are expensive, but of a high standard, go figure..

So, id say, dont focus on day to day SP changes of 2p. Do what Ollyandpatch does and think of a year to get in.

I tend to have a monthly buy set up and then use interim top up on dips, but dont sell or trade if trying to build a position.

I am struggling to see the significance here due to my lack of understanding of this action.

However, in the past we have had genuinely good news RNS'd and the market has killed URU. This morning we see a 1.8% drop.... I appreciate the words of warning from some posters. But, also the market response is somewhat comforting that there has been no real reaction.

We shall see.

On the basis that the Gold markets are as bent as a 9 bob note and know everything under the table, and that gold is looking a bit breakout'y I am going to assume that the gold market knows that Joey B pants has got the votes.

I think had the market had confidence in a Trump win, we might have seen a short term bear result on gold...
