I think most of the LTH's here just want their sell pay.

Ive been in mining stocks that have gone through the phases of speculation, exploration, confirmation, partnership, construction and extraction and still got bent over at the end....

For me, a sell is optimum and in all honesty i cant speak for JZ but i think it is likely how he would prefer to do business. He has done it before, and he aint a spring chicken.

I saw a great Ed Conway summary video that showed current known uk oil and gas reserves and the C02 associated with its extraction compared to the equivalent volume of gas being supplied from Qatar / Iran for example and the net C02 is lower to uk UKOG.

So if this actually sinks in to Ed's strange head, we might see UK OG actually begin in the name of global warming.

Mad and a huge success for UK energy sector, employment, tax, security, and im sure the exploration world would take full advantage to prove up further reserves.

Its a very interesting time we are living in for sure.

It is alot of extra shares but its also a sign of acceptance and investment in the real long term value of the project.

They will want to see news before they change course beyond another simpler can kick extension.

I have held and at times increased my holding for the past 5 or 6 years here.

I still believe in the underlying asset and the macro scenario here.

Its a small % of my pf so no matter what happens in terms of volatility i'm not getting shaken off here until theres a sale. And if there isnt and it goes to 0 or we get incredible dilution from a silly placing etc which i wouldnt put past this board im still in here.

Dont we need a new and improved economic assessment to understand a sale value, not a true value.

From being a few gold stock sales the cost per oz in the ground discount is incredible, but i dont really have an honest feel for that here given the mine development cost, extraction process cost or process options....

then the cost of buying the risk of the above plus buying the risk in the asset and quoted volumes of materials in the ground not being as abundant as quoted after the development costs.

A real balanced discussion about value today not value at extraction would be good to get everyones thoughts on.

Richard painting the picture that the EM survey is a kind of high level fact finder to then target low risk results drilling campaign. I suppose its good for investors if every hole is drilled knowing the results will be acceptable, but not knowing the final figures until drilled.

Its a good tool to use for future value proving infill campaigns.

For this company and in the last few years, those are big buys.

Rio is a classic long term play. Its so well established globally in terms of operational jurisdictional risk there arent many better options.

macro investing is well suited to long term material/resource gathering stocks with the booming middle classes around the world.

I'd say long term diversified mining stocks are about as good of a base for a portfolio as you can get "for the long term".

I think my 8 years here is patience at level 11 HAHAHAH.

I do believe in the underlying asset value, but I don't trust the historic board. The relatively new one is yet to be proven to most of us I think. But John Zorbas has proven himself to be an untrustworthy lying, self serving toad of a human.

BUT. He does still have some history of successfully selling assets and releasing incredible special dividends... so I will sit on my 50k shares that cost me a lot more than current prices until there is success or implosion here.

John Zorbas said himself along time ago that this company is funded by luck and charity pretty much. They work on a shoe string and there's never been a rush of any kind.

I really hope you are right, but I think there's a VERY HIGH likelihood that you are wrong.

He did also say it was going to take another 2 years of drilling to firm up the deposit..

But there are i suppose lots of other hurdles that could bring further validation between now and then.
