The AltynGold website shows BDO as one of their 'advisors & partners'. I tried to use the link to BDO site (read more) but was warned of a security threat, so didn't risk it.

Cannot see any RNS that has BDO stepping down as Auditor.

When did the auditor resign? Was there an RNS.

I thought the issue was resolved and the auditor was 'sort of happy'!!....on the understanding that Altyn would improve their governance. Must have missed this!

The fact they even contemplated such resolutions tells us a lot about the management at TRMR imo....fair play, I would be the same. Take as much as you can get away with!!
I'm not sure what 'caved in to shareholder pressure' means. Presumably they would have discussed it at board level and decided they probably wouldn't get away with it. The fact the news leaked also speaks volumes!!

Why not 4 quarters like American football. More ads more revenue.

45min, sometimes 55 mins between adverts isn't maximising revenue IMO.

Very impressive. It will be interesting to see what the ITVX/Hub figures are for the semi-finals.....only issue I have is they only show adverts every 45 minutes. Could they not insert adverts during an injury break, Video checks or substitutions?!...just a thought!

These sort of shares are a nightmare. One doesn't want to be caught on the wrong side of the 'spike'/curve.
These pump & dumper's will be sweet talking & trying to create their 'spike' and before you know it they are gone OR have morphed into sellers....leaving the less fleet footed holding the baby.
MEAL was mentioned on here as an example of investing acumen....it 'Spiked' and is now tanking. I suppose one can make money doing this but it ain't for the faint hearted.

Mulder, I hope the war does end soon. If it does then any turnaround in the market will impact lots of shares.....possibly even ITV.
Shame England were knocked out. It would have made for a memorable Xmas 2022.

Alboum, there are little bits of truth in what most people write. The problem is sorting out the wheat from the chaff. I think you are closer to the mark then some (probably most) people....but you & I probably have a similar view....and I am always wrong!! (apparently).

- There haven't been 20m subscribers gained. It is plainly absurd to say that. There are probably new subsrcibers, there could be may new subscribers giving ITVX a look see, some may say, some wont.
- Streaming over the interweb is the future. It is something ITV had to do. It is likely to be costing more than it generates at least for a while.....when the printing press came along it was time to stop making vellum!!
- The Kerching, Kerching types say very attractive things....not sure the market agrees.
- World cup IMO should increase profits this quarter but it is a long walk to the next oasis in 4 years time.....hence my suggestion to make it b-annually. I see they are increasing the number of teams from 32 to 48 next time. More games, more revenue!...kerching, kerching!!
- Content is king (Strike is right about that)
- If I was Dame Carolyn I would want to know what is stopping ITVX from broadcasting in 4K. To attract customers you have to offer something extra IMO.
