Stas thanks, the email Pablo got is different to the one I got from Walbrook. They have changed the bit about NPH and the email I received from the CEO. As you can see I thought it was a joke so didn't at the time think too much about it other than a cover up. It's very obvious they have tried to slur me with Pablo's version,, WTF! anyhow, did ONLY Pablo get an email or what?? Does he work there?

Seems that they are missing the whole point here.. Why do they mention all the other irrelevant nonsense about UKAS, or not reliant on selling Clarigene, DHSC approved labs, strong trading blah blah. I am not concerned about the labs or the trading am I. just the legality of the pcr test.
They have now admitted after all this time they are not approved.. Now for the next bit!

the comforting appraisal of the NPH ceo seems to have fallen a bit flat it seems. What happened, appears no longer a customer . I only received the email from him on the 19th Jan this year and a few weeks later, whooosh! gone.. lol. Unless the website is incorrect again.

Are NPH no longer a customer, can't see them anywhere on the website, can anyone else? Hmmmm! say no more.

for clarity, I asked the question were NPH still using the Clarigene test ONLY, nothing to do with testing services ie; labwork. The reply is this; so you can see why I didn't bother to mention it as it doesn't answer the question as it's irrelvant imo

I then received this from their CEO which I thought was quite funny and total flannel and cover up as it doesn't answer my question about Clarigene . I didn't want an appraisal of the testing/lab work

I then asked again if they were using Clarigene and what I meant by 'approved'

So you see when asked directly about the pcr test they run for the hills and pass it off! My problem is the test not the testing facilities!

Pablo. my conscience is clear!! Vindicated ! I said they were not approved and they are not .Pity we didn't get an answer 3 months ago! looks like some heavy selling going on.

So who is supplying MHC because I know that at least one customer were using Clarigene a couple of weeks or so ago? Must have only just stopped ' marketing' then. Stopped 'marketing' is not the same as stopped selling is it?
If NPH are still a customer then why are they not on the customer list on the website?

Trying to smooth things over with business performance, UKAS blah blah!... it's got NOTHING to do with it.! I will now find out who has sold these tests since 31st Oct. Plenty imo!

So no approval !! well well! Not marketing now in the UK..Question is when did they stop...was it before 31st Oct 2021?

Ha ha! the reply from the NPH ceo did not answer the question about them using the Clarigene test, I did not want to know about then still using Ygen's labs....just the pcr test.. IMO it was just flannel!
Totally missing the point, it's not about anything else but were they selling the pcr legally. I know of at least one customer who was using the Clarigene pcr test on the 23rd January.. Work that one out.

ISAT, if not approved or on the list provided they can't sell a covid test at all in the UK, and they are doing ! please see the DHSC email.. their words not mine.
Also anyone one who thinks it's ok to sell since Nov without approval is nuts. EVERY company has to wait, unless they have some sort of exemption . Imo I don't think Ygen have, and they won't say so either.
ISAT, just for you. Can you see Ygen on the list? This is my question to the company.. seems reasonable to ask why they are not on it, don't you think?

Only devices which appear on the CTDA approved devices list or the emergency protocol can access the UK market. Both lists are found here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-test-validation-approved-products.

If a device does not appear on either of these lists, then it is not legal for sale on the UK market.

Funny how all those customers have suddenly disappeared from the website. Also funny that MHC are about the only customer who have stayed quiet too.. Hmmmm! Must have the same philosophy about customer relations as Ygen, it's like they know each other intimately,... oooops!!

Stas, I'm ticked but don't expect too many more as most don't know what's going on even after spelling it out for them. I say go for it whatever tick ups you get.
People here still reckon a CE mark is sufficient pmsl... they even say it's all ok just because it's only 4% of revenues...totally and utterly missing various points imo.
