Optimistic.. Those lab based contracts have nothing to do with the PCR tests as far as I know. The Clarigene test has not passed the CTDA so far because they are not on the approved list. I keep asking them for clarity, tell me why they won't reply... STAS has too and got nowhere,, why is that if all is above board.

yes. it certainly could! Total silence from the company points to one thing for me. I might be way off the mark, if so, why doesn't the company say something ??
To a lay person like me it looks like they have been selling these products illegally. That's why I asked the question, as other manufacturers stopped because of the new rules.
If I was way off the mark, they could have easily informed me, they didn't..Make up your own minds folks!!

Proof if it was needed..Received this from the validation testing team at DHSC, , clearly stating , not on the lists, then can't sell in UK.
Still waiting for an answer why they continue to sell.. or for proof of their approval/legally able to sell!!
