yes Macc, the rns is a little confusing and contradictory as you point out. It's clear they want to use any cash to reduce number of shares for a future sale.I have no probs with that, other than the fact they said it was to be a dividend, so well out of order there. I think the 5 year plan was adapted to coincide with Ablock renewals due in Nov 2021. They expect/hope to bank many millions of renewal $$ by then.
For me they should start a sliding scale of monthly discounts running up to next November. Maybe start at 30/35% reducing monthly by 2/3% . This time they will have to purchase or risk the consequences, that's why I expect good numbers.

I think I will wait until we hear exactly what is going on before I make any decision .Could well be a knee jerk reaction and blow over in a week or two. Just giving your shares away at these prices.
