I note that handjob has announced that schools and uni's will now get lateral flow tests that don't need a lab or machine, results given in minutes. I thought these tests weren't very accurate? Must affect us a little as we supply those too, however, any people who test positive then must have a PCR test.

I think they will outsource if numbers get unmanageable. Ncyt have ten or more manufacturers they outsource to, Ygen being one of them, in a past life of course! Capacity didn't seem to be a problem when questioned. I can't see LR going to the govt, NHS saying we can help you out with a couple of thousand a month.

Ygen must now be the only Covid related stock not to have risen into the stratosphere. A lot of them still don't have anything to sell yet. Hopefully we can experience something similar too in the next few weeks. I just wonder if the update is being held up for some decent news to break. Moonshot anyone!! yes, it's a must listen as JAdam says, especially the Q&A. Saliva tests indeed! Good to know we have plenty of capacity for 'moonshot' too. They are just waiting for NHS to choose which test they want to use to fit into their system it seems.We know Ygen are going to be involved with the NHS according to Lyn so who knows eh? It also mentions PCR tests and not the rapid stuff but everywhere seems to be wanting the rapid tests nowadays. We will have to wait and see what transpires!
