I suppose buybacks etc makes sense if they are looking to sell in the near future. What I can't stand is the U turn with the dividend and not even a mention as to why they did. That for me is total and utter arrogance from Hall et al. They can't be trusted in anything they say now.

for me the whole place needs a good kick up the ar*e! New leadership would be great for me. This is a good chance to fire one or two. No doubt it will all be explained away as a simple admin error where someone has entered $1m into the wrong box (lmao) or ticked something they shouldn't have done. For me it's more likely they wanted to embellish the figures as 2019 wasn't that good otherwise.

surely all of this primarily falls into Salazar's remit? Then of course, ultimately the buck stops with Hall.

There is too much fat in this company and has been for years. They could probably knock another 50% off the wage bill too with this business model.

Looks like they outsource many of the 30k a day capacity they claim they can do.Maybe we can do the same?
I wonder if having our own test will help at all, or are they just interested in testing capacity/facility?

£3m contract. Not sure how many tests that will do but I wouldn't think it's that many in the big scheme of things. Anyone know or can hazard a guess on how much each test costs to process?

any acquirer will need to know the company is 'clean' with NO more accidents waiting in the wings. I'm not convinced they would need anyone in particular as ceo/cfo as no doubt they will get their p45's pdq and their roles will be absorbed. I expect any buyer will know exactly what MMX is about and can offer.

is it a case of making the figures look better in 2019. Revenue would/should have been $17.9m not $18.9m as they stated at the time.

the fact that this was rns'd tells me that this won't end well and it's not a simple misdemeanour . Surely they have already looked well into this and had to report it because they couldn't cover it up because it is too big a problem.

just because they have delisted does not give them the right to walk off with your shares? They are a going concern with millions in assets.
