Yeah, spotted that. All seems to be pointing to good things….although with increased personnel comes increased costs and we’ve no idea of income. Me being “glass half empty,” questions whether the increased revs will cover the increased costs this year. Either way I’m selling 5-10% of holding in the coming weeks, with Monday being my final deadline for the illusive RNS. For me, Monday 11th is the beginning of mid-July! Food for thought! Was planning to sell some in May…then mid June. Need to release some funds and it’s it’s been planned around the update…which never came. Hopefully can sell a few at 27p. Disappointing not to be able to wait until after news….but clearly it’s not a priority. It is what it is.

I’m fairly certain…..contacting the company will result in the same outcome, with significantly less effort. It is what it is. Pinch of salt on time scales from now on…not worth the paper it’s written on….but hopefully, progress is being made and that it impacts on the SP. Like I said before 2020-21 financial result are irrelevant now….it’s the 2022 update that is needed which won’t come until the prospectus is released. We’re led to believe this is going to be in the Autumn, by those better informed. Who knows?

Come on people….it’s probably a misunderstanding!! They just got one number wrong, as it should have read “June 2023!”

I jest….it’s not good enough…..and I will be really pee’d off when shareholders get thanked for their patience again! What’ll make it worse is the inevitable nose dive once relished! Really don’t want that to happen. They’ve said £20mil predicted revs for year end, so the sp should really rise quickly! Why believe the prediction!? No reason to based on 2022 communication. Still crossing fingers and toes! GL all!

The discussions of early retirement was when the SP was 45p. Early retirement seems a long way off! Chuckling!

The problem is that when you start to take what a company is saying with a pinch of salt with regard to time scales in their own news releases, you start to question everything they say. You believe when they say news mid June, it doesn’t arrive, so why should you believe £50 mil year end 2023 prediction? You start to question everything. I’d like to believe they want to release news at the same time as releasing the prospectus, but they shouldn’t be mutually exclusive.

It’s disappointing, frustrating and poor all round, but it is what it is.

Maybe one day early retirement will be the topic of conversation again…..but it won’t be mid June 2022, that’s for sure!

June, July…Dev will only be 2 letters out if we go into next month. It’s best to have no expectations, and take anything they say regarding dates and deadlines with a pinch of salt. Let’s just hope they’re better at growing the company than communicating with shareholders. GL all.

I’m a hope for the best but expect the worst kinda guy! I rather people / Dev under promised and over delivered….than the opposite!

Mid June is 10th to 20th for me….so in relation to Dev releasing news I think 20th at earliest….but don’t be surprised if we get another RNS thanking shareholders for their patience, and there being another delay.

Not really interested in the news of last financial year….it’s the snippets to date that I want to see! What progress have we made? I still think the SP will drop quickly….look at ASLR. Just keeps dropping. Long term hold here…..see where we are by end of 2023 which we at this rate we should know by year end 2024. GL all.

I‘ve seen at least three revenue values for Multiverse from anything between £10mil and £80million! I’d be surprised if Multiverse was being valued at 136 x revs! Mid June is next week, let see what happens. Fingers crossed!

I remember reading somewhere that their revenues were about £80mil ( can’t remember where I saw it) so significantly a live ours. I cud be wrong!

Our time will come though….although looking at aslr……..I dread to think where we would be if we weren’t suspended! Seems to be a constant drop drop drop drop drop in the markets this year.

A two year low after hitting 75p…my apologies for buying in at 24.85p…..the severe drop is my fault! Where is the head slap emoji?

I fear that good news or bad we’ll see a drop. Lots of companies providing good news and seeing the sp slide. Lots of companies not even providing news and seeing a massive slide….that the state of affairs at the moment.

I’ll be more interested to see if the news gets delayed again, which wouldn’t surprise me.

Having said that the number of employees in LMC continues to go up. 5 more in the last 3 weeks or so according to LinkedIn. As I’ve said, at the very least, you don’t need the employees if the work isn’t there. I’m just hoping it’s not going to be “damned if you do, and damned if you don’t!”

I agree though, some people will want at least some of their money….and we all know what that means. As always….fingers crossed and wishing all holders the very best of luck.

Always thought that investing in houses was, well, safe as houses! :-) Good to have some spare cash around at the mo as the markets are in free fall. Lots of opportunities!
With the take over rumours in BOOM, 1359 was just too good an opportunity to miss….so had a nibble…..We’ll see what happens.

I’m hoping that when dev ‘unsuspends’ we’ll go north but anything is possible in today’s markets. I still have a sneaky feeling that we’ll see a consolidation of shares at some point in the next few years. Rock on mid June……or will it be moved to mid July? Who knows? But from what I’ve been reading, Dev’s growth has been steep in 2022, in regard to employee count and you don’t need the employees if the work isn’t there! As I’ve said before, we just don’t know….fingers crossed and GL all.

Dev have a history in taking forever to get a prospectus over the line, but business seems to be growing. LMC now has over 200 employees, and I think most have been employed this year. You never can tell where a SP is headed….but long term this should be fine!

Thought I’d take advantage of the BOOM decline today…..nice to be able to watch something move. ASLR, BOOM and Dev….watch this space!
