For sure, but in short, dilution dilution dilution! This will be a unicorn one day but will provide very little in terms of upward momentum to the share price. Warrants being handed out like confetti! Still no news on the prospectus….and no glimmer provided. Year end at the earliest in my view but probably longer. The company is becoming a joke and I’ll be selling everything in early 2023, as soon as relisting happens….or should that be early 2024. Try to get out with as much as possible. The days of £1+ being touted are over. GL all.

6 more days in August for Dev to communicate with its shareholders! Anything Dev says these days comes with a big pinch of Saxa, and they don’t even say much. A very very disappointing year.

….since suspension this week. 11 more days left of August to finally release the the YE finances for 2020-21, based on their own delayed timelines! Not that the latter will provide us with anything new.

3 fewer employees on LMC than last week (1%ish), almost 15,000 followers.

Long term I’ve been positive…it’s the short to medium term that’s the problem in my view. I’ve not deviated from that.

Wait for numbers!? Who’d have thought, we’d have to wait for numbers on anything ….sorry everything…with Dev.

Do we know Veative’s turnover yet? I seem to remember it being about $4mil. Trying to see how much short of the projected £20mil, YE, we’ll be…with the inclusion of Veative revs! Probable £8-£10 mil I recon.

Certainly increasing our expenses…as previously stated, hope the revenues are increasing rapidly too….only another +£15mil to generate in the 2nd half of the year to remain on track. Watch this space….for the next 12 months and we should know this time next year. Patience is a virtue.

Well it seems that RJ is being believed by many on here, judging by the posts snd thumbs up….so we’ll definitely be getting unicorn status at some point, that’s guaranteed if he said so!!

Let’s see what the share price does on relisting. Will it go up on the hope of some well documented potential in 2-3 years, or go down based on being well under the expected and well documented revenues of £19.8 million, by year end 2022? Only one way to find out. Watch this space…..until at the latest end of Jan 2023…..when it is implied we should be able to buy and sell shares again.
