….very very happy to be suspended at the moment and for the foreseeable! The markets are a bloodbath!

I think it’s fair to say it won’t be Feb! 8 weeks of radio silence…..but Edtech is still a popular sector in 2022. I still think 50p-60p is doable by year end, although there with be at least 150mil extra shares in issue…..and I think more likely there will be substantially more! $1bil sp was going to be about 125p but with additional shares it’ll be nearer 90p. We’re still a long way off being a $1bil company if we go 24x revs. Still we’re headed in the right direction.

We’ll be waiting a while. How long did the last prospectus take to publish? Six month and one year charts not looking good….I’m sticking to only looking at the two year chart from now on. :-) Dev will be fine….one day rodders!

I went back through the RNSs a few nights back and we’ve never gone this long without news or an update of some kind. Is it because we’re delisted? Is something brewing? Answers on a post card!

Two hopes…Bob and No. It’s all very quiet!

…..not only to see ‘when’ this relists, but at ‘what’ price…..first day of trading will be fascinating! Bought a load of CINE a few days ago at 37.5p. It’s no DEV but hoping for a tickle up now that we know restrictions are likely to be removed early.

Can’t see them saying anything other than “The prospectus is in the final stages of development!” Which is already in the RNS. I just get the feeling we’ll be delisted for a while longer than most thought, me included. To be honest though, it’s less stressful being delisted than trying to make a profit in this market. Really tough going at the mo and I really think we’d be mid 20s or less if we were listed. I do find the silence from the company deafening though. An update would be great. Based on the current Market cap, at 30p, being roughly 24.5 x projected revenue £20 mil (minus 25% - I’m being cautious - so £15mil) I get a MCAP of £367.5mil which equals 61.25p. So to add extra caution to my best guess….I think 50-60p is possible….but we’ll have to wait and see. With £1 being predicted by many last year (me included) I’m being ultra cautious. Having said that, the 6 month and 1 year chart is nothing to shout about. News would be welcome….they were quick to inform us of a significant uplift in revenues in quarter one last year, saying revenues for quarter one were greater than the whole previous year. Be interesting to see if that kind of momentum has been maintained. The signs are positive, so fingers crossed for a positive update soon….with cautious optimism!

….I think this’ll be de listed longer than we all thought. We’ll have to wait snd see if it benefits us! Have to say though, the days are a little less interesting without Dev listed.

Fingers crossed, we get some good news and a move forward. I’m positive about Dev, however having looked at the one and two year chart, there is a massive difference in how it looks. Two year looks really great but the one year now looks like we’ve plateaued / consolidated, with a freak peak in the middle, which is bizarre after such progress last year operationally. It’ll be interesting to hear numbers for the first quarter and see how they compare to last year, when we saw a big jump. Fingers crossed!

It’s a frustrating one, as I’m glad we delisted as the current market is terrible, but I’m beginning to think we’ll be delisted for quite a chunk of time. “As soon as possible in the new year,” could be 31st December! It’s a great phrase for giving no time scales! Getting paid $5mil last year and not knowing what is for is certainly a little strange….and has been subject to much speculation. The big plus though is that I don’t see us not making progress, with everything that is going on…”you places ur bets snd sees wot appens!!” I’m confident it’ll be a good year but only time will tell. I’ve been reading a bit about public companies and private ones, with public ones often being valued less than peer, so I’m being more cautious with x revenue to MCAP calculations, when compare to other Edtech companies…..but I think compared to the date of my first buy, on 3rd Feb 2020…..Dev is in a much stronger place, with huge potential! Gl all ????

I have pondered the same question. Don’t know the answer, but think of they’re no longer listed I would guess not! That’s partly why I asked the question about surprises…when the relisting happens I would guess that anything RNS worthy, during the delisting period, would need to be released. Might we get multiple RNSs on relist day? Who knows? Not I. ??

Not getting at anything. By the time we re-list, in my view, we could be 2 months out of play…..this is plenty of time for news, maybe a surprise or two to unfold. I’m just thinking out loud about what might happen. Psychologically I’m preparing for no re-listing in jan and possibly not until late Feb. Nobody knows. 2 months is a long time in the Edtech world.

Yes, I would agree, rather be long than short. Looking back at the shares in circulation, and the 175mil shares being issued as part of the RTO, plus the number still available as options, I wonder if a share consolidation. Will be on the cards at some point!?! 10-1…..to give a sp of £3 and maybe making it even more attractive to institutions. Just a thought. Anyway….no point if we’re not listed. Hopefully we’ll be back in the markets by Feb.

A couple of questions, I’ve been pondering and would like your thoughts on.

1) What do you think the SP will open at, when we relist?
2) What will the impact of 175,000,000 of extra shares have on the short term SP?

a) no impact
b) sp will go down
c) sp will go up

Not buying until we see an upturn…..continuation of the 6 month down trend could send this to 20p. Will buy more when this reverses….!
